Hello Lybrate User, Please make these changes if you want to lose weight fast 1) Have small and frequent meals…it helps in increasing BMR and helps in weight loss 2) Cut down on sugar intake. Avoid mithais, sweets, icecreams, puddings etc 3) Drink at least 2 litres water in a day. But make sure not to have water immediately after a meal 4) Have more green leafy vegetables and whole fruits. Eat natural foods. 5) Avoid fried and fatty foods and foods with preservative such as samosa, pakoda, chips, namkeens etc 6) If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat and include more of leans cuts of chicken, fish etc. Don’t eat yolk. Have egg whites only. 7) Avoid aereated drinks and juices…even the fresh fruit juices. 8) Don’t drink alcohol as it has nothing but calories 9) Include more fibre in food as fibre keeps you full for longer. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole or sabut dals all have fibre. Try including more of fibrous cereals too such as dalia, oats, add bran to atta for making chapattis, brown rice etc. 10) Have good breakfast and light dinners. 11) Include physical activity like walking, swimming, cycling etc.

You do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, sit ups, weight lifting and other muscle building exercise will help you to gain weight. Eat extra amount of food more frequently. Take whole cream milk. Use nutritional supplement for weight gain. Take lots of whole fruits, dense vegetables. Eat more protein and add extra fat in cooking. Eat lots of nuts, seeds. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water just before or during meals. Take quality sleep.

your ideal weight should be around 55 to 60 kgs, eat a heavy breakfast but a light dinner, avoid late night dinners, try not to eat anything after sunset, have once a week fruit fasting, start doing surya namaskar in morning to lose weight, drink lots of water so that the fat may flush through your urine, but make sure you dont drink water after meals, give a gap of 90 minutes. all south indian dishes are good, but if overeaten or eating without a schedule it will create weight issues. for your Personal individualized diet plan please consult me privately.

Hi Obesity or being overweight is due to metabolic imbalance in our body. You have fat deposit on tummy or belly this indicates that you may have insulin resistance. This might be due to CRPS in this cases peripheral and cns system some changes occure thats why this happen ,well do contrast bath at home threce a day go near by physio clinic and take treatment like tens therapy us therapy heel and ankle strengthen exercises you will get relief soon hopefully. Am a pcod and thyroid patients. Though am in diet I can't reduce my weight (75 kgs). Am 24 years old. Am working in software sector. I always feel like lazy every time. Am using cetapin and garbolim pils right from 2014. But no use I felt tell now. Just suggest a Gud diet or medicine to cure as early. Also taking 100 mg for thyroid. I'll get married within 4 months. You can take: Fresh fruits or frozen/canned fruit without added sugar, or unsweetened applesauce Non–starchy fresh vegetables or frozen/canned vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and carrots Whole grains such as whole wheat pasta, brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread High fiber cereals such as Kashi, shredded wheat, (Look for cereals that have at least 5 grams of fiber per serving or sprinkle ½ cup of bran cereal or unprocessed bran on a low–fiber cereal to increase the fiber) Water or seltzer, flavored with fruit if desired, unsweetened iced tea High fiber baked goods made from whole wheat flour and oats Crackers and snacks with fiber such as Triscuits, Wasa, or popcorn. Also quit coffee. Start doing some workout daily, some yoga, gym, dancing, swimming etc. You will feel energetic and your cycle will also be regularized with this.

Hello, I being a homoeopath can suggest you some homoeopathic recourse will b proved beneficial to your wife, please.
