Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Dear madam, This may be a simple back pain. Take some rest and do not lift weights or bending. If pain persists, it could be disc problem. Get back if needed.

I am 40 years old who is in quite good health. I suffer from health anxiety. I am always worried that something's wrong with me for which I get unnecessary tests done. The results always come out negative. I also have mild BP which fluctuates between 130/82 to 140/90. I am having metolar xr 25 in the morning and amlosafe 2.5 in the night. I also get anxiety when I see the doctor checking my BP and once my BP rose to 140/100. Am now being prescribed mild anti anxiety medications (contains lorazepam) of 0.25 mg. I could not sleep at night thinking whether I would get sleep or not. This medication is helping me. Should I continue with the same power of BP medications? And can I continue with the anti anxiety medications. I exercise an hour daily. Please let me know. Whether I am ok or need to see a therapist.

The exercise you're doing is wonderful. You have become hypochondriacal and this is because of a deep rooted fear. You will need to meet with a counselor and learn to deal with your fear. Fear always tend to find a form, and in your case it has found medical complications the form. You will become quite suggestible to bodily misperceptions and feel you have a serious problem. In the bargain you will auto-suggest and create actual medical problems including your hypertension. Now however you cannot discard the medication until you have learned to deal with this fear, learned some relaxation exercises through yoga and meditation. Sleep is very important and that can be induced by the simple breathing pattern 4-7-8 i.e. Breathe in for 4 counts through your nostrils, hold the breath for 7 counts, and release the air through your mouth with a whoosh sound for 8 counts. Do not stop any medication without the consultation and approval of your doctor.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
