I m not in favour. Neither will any qualified Ayurveda or allopathic doctor. Only OTC product marketing cos. can guide like this. Safe herbal decoctions prepared simply at home, negative calric intake, jogging walking etc, fibers and warm water can do wonders but not with fictitious rapidityrapidity which can harm you. Yes, no starvation please.

A) take 30 ml of fresh LEMON JUICE, GINGER JUICE and 15ml of honey along with lukewarm water early in the morning on empty stomach. B) eat 1 TSF of BLACK CUMIN SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. D) take 2-2 tablets of CHITRAKADI VATI and LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions…. THANKS…

I am diabetic for last 9 years I am on victoza1.2 with 4 mg glimipride & 1000mg metformin twice daily. Still my pp remains around 200, what to do ?

Hi , Along with medication ,try dietary , exercise option as well. 1. Consume a low-calorie diet (often less than 1,400-1,800 calories a day). Most people cannot adhere to this kind of low-calorie diet. 2. Consume a Mediterranean diet, with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and beans as protein sources, and omega-3 and monounsaturated fats (olive oil), while avoiding saturated fats, refined carbohydrates, cholesterol-laden foods, excess omega-6 fats, and most animal products. An increasing percentage of health-conscious Americans are adopting this kind of diet 3. Avoid sugary fruit juices (almost all fruit juices contain too many sugars) and beverages spiked with fructose,80-84 sucrose,85-89 and/or high-fructose corn syrup.Consume a low-glycemic index and low-glycemic load diet. Brisk walks for 20-30 mins at lest 5 times a week

For losing belly & back fat yiou need to change your diet & lifestyle: 1. Have small frequent meals ayt regular intervals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Eat slowly chewing each bite well 3. Avoid skipping meals 4. Avoid junk/processed/ready to eat/ fried/sugary/ outside foods, soft & hard drinks, sweets, chocolate, candy, ice cream 5. Replace simple carbs- potato, sugar, honey jaggery, sabudana, cornflour, arrowroot flour, corn, refined grains (maida, noodles, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs-whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, millets, jowar, barley, oats, quinoa, brown rice, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma), whole fruits, vegetables & salads 6. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 7. take stairs instead of lift & walk/cycle instead of hiring transport 8. Take 15 mins light walk post meals 9. Brisk walk daily for 30mins, practice kapalbhati with breathing exercise for 20 mins & do weight training (for back only) 10. Avoid lying down within an hr of a meal Edit Answer

I m 28 yrs female my height is 5.6 and wt is 52 kg now when I was 24 yrs old my wt is 35kg I m very thin 1 Dr. suggest me to take protein x powder or threptin powder for gaining weight. After 1 yr my wt is 42 kg I drop taking protein x again my wt goes to 38 kg then I consult Dr. he refer protein x again in continuation till now I m taking protein x or threptin powder for good health. If you want take 1 tme a day common issues due to being under-weight are? bone loss? heart problems? infertility? anaemia and? weak immune system generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. One can gain weight but results would not be favorable at all. These things may lead to low metabolism, weak digestion system, apart from that high blood pressure, high sugar and other heart related issues may occur. So this is not at all a good way to gain weight according to ayurveda following are the foods which are very helpful in weight gain? figs (anjeer)? raisin (kishmish)? ashwagandha powder? shtaravi powder? dates (khajoor)? banana? mango? clarified buttor (ghee)? milk? honey.

You should sleep minimum 7 hrs per day. If you are doing sitting job then go for walk after every 1 hr. avoid junk food. Oily food. Spicy food. Eat leafy vegetables. Take food on time.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Best wishes.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup.
