I have problem in slip disc (spine), from last 10 months. Unable to walk more than 10 minutes, unable to stand more than 15 minutes. I have done test report mri l s spine, l4-l5=9 ap (mm), ls-s1 10 ap (mm). L3-l4=10 ap (mm), l2-l3 11 and l1-l2 11.
Doctors suggested surgery.
Kindly suggest me.
