I want to fill my teeth gap but not with braces is there another treatment option to fill teeth gap?

I want to fill my teeth gap but not with braces is there another treatment option to fill teeth gap?
There are other options like porceline venner, lamination, white filing material, some patient prefer gold filing. There are options available as per how much money you want to spent and other important factor is space or gap between youe teeth. So my advise is to consult a good dentist. Because only he/She can advise which is best for you.

Food or drinks acidic in nature should be consumed as little as possible. Consuming them in a large quantity can cause cavities as they soften the tooth material that further leads to the dissolution of minerals into the tooth enamel.

There are so many causes of bleeding gums - - brushing too hard - poor oral hygiene. - vitamin deficiency - taking blood thinners or other medications - bleeding or clotting disorders - mouth sores - other medical problems, including diabetes, heart disease, leukemia or scurvy few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress.

The psychodynamic explanation of the dentist–patient relationship
From a psychodynamic viewpoint dental healthcare is a 2-person endeavour. It is the dentist working with the patient and the patient being able to accept (use) the work (treatment) offered and provided by the dentist. It acknowledges that there is a uniqueness in the interaction for both dentist and patient while accepting the potential for inequalities within the interaction. Nevertheless it requires the health professional to remain flexible, to be able, as the need arises, to make adjustments in treatment plans thereby maximising status equality while minimising the potential for disruptions within the relationship. Benefits exist for the dental health professional when the equality between themselves and their patients is maintained. These include improved time and behavioural management skills, increased awareness of their patients' concerns and anxieties, the ability to readjust treatment plans and to provide patient-centred care

Hi, teeth grinding (bruxism) is a psychosomatic disorder, usually a person is under heavy stress. Best remedy for this is to make lifestyle changes like regular exercise, reduce intake of coffee, tea at night, meditation and breathing exercise, etc. For dental consideration it affects muscles of jaw and teeth structure. Best thing is see you dentist and get night guards (thin puc trays that covers and cushions your teeth) and use them regularly.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

If teeth are broken very badly, then a crown is required to prevent further breakage. But if teeth are broken little, then you can wait till 16 years to get the crown done.

Use soft bristle toothbrush, clean the entire surface of each quadrant one by one, use bristle at 45 degree angle, go for scaling every six month, use dental floss and 2% chlorhexidine mouthwash on regular basis, in case of yellow teeth u can go for bleaching or veneering but keep in mind bleaching may be associated with sensitivity.
