If you want you can roast it or without roasting also you can grind it. U can add them in normal water and can have it. Can.also sprinkle on fruits and have. Can add in yogurt also. On roasting it doesn't loose any nutrients.

Kayi bache 3 se 4 months main seekh jate to roll, but kuch bache 6 to 7 months main karte. So nt to worry.
