Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore,research conducted by Professors Brian Wansink and Koert van Ittersum at Cornell University suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

ou need to have mind control and do meditaion and yoga and also contact me with more details for more help. Take care of yourself Connect with others. Loneliness and isolation set the stage for anxiety. Decrease your vulnerability by reaching out to others. Make it a point to see friends, join a self-help or support group, or share your worries and concerns with a trusted loved one. Practice relaxation techniques. When practiced regularly, relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, and deep breathing can reduce anxiety symptoms and increase feelings of relaxation and emotional well-being. Exercise regularly. Exercise is a natural stress buster and anxiety reliever. To achieve the maximum benefit, aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on most days. Get enough sleep. A lack of sleep can exacerbate anxious thoughts and feelings, so try to get seven to nine hours of quality sleep a night. If you struggle with sleep, adopting smart sleep habits can make a big difference. Be smart about caffeine and alcohol. If you struggle with anxiety, you may want to consider reducing your caffeine intake or cutting it out completely. Same with alcohol, which can make anxiety worse. Train your brain to stay calm. Worrying is a mental habit you can learn how to break. Strategies such as creating a worry period, challenging anxious thoughts, and learning to accept uncertainty can significantly reduce anxiety and fear.

From the past month sometimes have a felling of suicide and sometimes I feel I should have a brain checkup. From the past month everything is like weird, I do not like to do the stuff I usually do the most when I'm sad or upset like listening songs, playing games, to find new ways of enjoyment, talking to friends, hanging out and some more such stuff. I think I have become emotionless I feel nothing means I do not get angry at any cost , I do not get sad even if some of my own family member or a close person hurts me a lot, I'm not even happy, I do not think this is due to hormonal changes, cause I had these hormonal fluctuations 2 years ago and I had no such reactions in the last year. I have tried to discuss these problems with my friends but no one had a solution which I could adopt for a change in my mind set. Diet & exercise is mainstay of diabetes management. If you have pcod and on metformin it can be continued. Pre diabetic usually have insulin resistance and acanthosis nigricans. Pre diabetic should try to loose weight and try to keep sugars as low as possible before planning for conception. Hba1c of less than 6.4 is good. Prediabetic has higher chances of getting gestational diabetes. Regular exercise with good diet control is the key.

Your brain is like a muscle. You need to exercise it regularly. The exciting thing is that you don’t have to be a millionaire to increase your brain capacity. All you need to do is invest a little time to regularly train your brain. So what can you do? Here are 10 simple ways you can increase your brain power and improve your intelligence! 1. Do something new When you experience something ‘new’ you actually ‘stimulate’ your brain! Don’t get stuck in a rut doing the same old things – the only way to change the structure of your brain is to do something new. This creates new neural pathways, increasing your intelligence. You could take a new route to work, try a new recipe for dinner, or even a new form of exercise – mix it up! 2. Exercise regularly It’s been proven that regular exercise helps to increase brain function and enhances neurogenesis. This means that every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Get off the couch and get moving! Your brain will thank you for it :) 3. Train your memory How often do you hear people say “I wish I had a better memory!’ Yet no-one does anything about this! If you discipline yourself to memorise phone numbers and other important numbers (passport, credit card, insurance, driving license) you will start to see a marked improvement in your memory 4. Be curious Instead of taking everything at face value, get into the habit of questioning everyday things/products, services that you come into contact with. Read a book Reading relieves tension & stress (brain-cell killers) because it’s a form of escapism. Research has also shown that using your imagination is a great way to train your brain because you force your mind to ‘picture’ what you are imagining. Reading is a great way to trigger your imagination! 8. Get enough sleep Sleep is like a mini detox for the brain. This is when your body regenerates cells and removes all the toxins that have built up during the day. Get to bed between the hours of 9pm and midnight to benefit from the most effective hours of sleep! 9. Ditch the GPS Gone are the days of map reading! Sat Nav may have made our lives easier, it has also made our brains lazier and less efficient at the same time! Go back to the old school and use a map to navigate every now and then (this exercises the part of your brain responsible for understanding spatial relationships). 10. Ban the calculator Remember back at school when we were taught to use our brains to do simple sums like times tables?! It’s incredible how we now rely on devices like smart-phones and laptops to calculate really simple equations. Resist the urge to work things out using an external device – and use the device you were born with – your brain!

First do not go for laser treatment, Common side effects include rednessof the skin, swelling of the treated area, and moderate irritation similar to the feeling produced by a mild sunburn. In rare cases involving laser skin resurfacing, side effects such asburning, scarring, or a change in the pigmentation of the skin have occurred.

Whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night whitening soap (biovalley) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Diet daily cucumber in salad 1 apple /200 gm papaya/500 gm watermelon daily consume lots of water daily 2 glass milk daily home remedy prepare a paste of multani mitti + 1 spoon turmeric powder +10 drops lime nd add raw milk to prepare a paste nd apply thi paste twice in a week.

If she had chicken pox earlier, it is unlikely to be chcken pox. Get yourself examined by doctor and follow the advice and treatment.

Hello. We do have good and effective medicines in Homoeopathy for unwanted facial hair. Want to know whether do you have any hormonal imbalance? Apart from these medications, take good healthy food which also contributes to your problem. Diet for Unwanted Facial Hair: - Vitamin B6 can reduce the production of prolactin, a hormone that causes the male hormone testosterone to be taken up by tissues. It also dampens cells' responsiveness to hormones. This vitamin can be found in avocados, fish, organ meats, soybeans, walnuts, peanuts, bananas and other fruits. - Calcium-D-Glucarate can help your body detoxify hormones. It's a natural substance found in many fruits and vegetables, including apples, Brussels sprouts, bean sprouts, broccoli and cabbage. This also is called Glucaric Acid, D-Glucarate, or D-Glucaric Acid. If you supplement, use 200 mg twice a day. - Vitamin E can normalize androgens and reduce the effects of testosterone. Wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, safflower oil, peanut butter, corn oil, spinach, broccoli, mangoes and spinach contain this vitamin. - Consuming up to 500 mg per day of magnesium is another way to reduce testosterone effects and bring androgens back into balance. In case of Thyroid Dysfunction, avoid Brassica group of family like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussel sprouts, kohlrabi (greman cabbage), turnip, collard greens. Medication: Schwabe's Oleum Jacoris 3x/ 3 times a day and Medorrhinum 1M/ one dose once a week – both for a month.

I am suffering from low stamina. I feel very weak while working and while I am on sun. I can not do hard labour also. Can I increase my stamina?

To increase your stamina you need to have food/ drink every 2-3 hours. When in sun you need to have water with electrolytes (ors/ electral/ sugar+ salt). Fresh fruit juice, coconut water, cucumber, onion, watermelon, buttermilk (chans), lassi, cold milk, cold soup are some foods that will keep you cool & hydrated. Have at least 3 litres water daily. (more in daytime).

Hello, you should give him Kindival , 2 tabs thrice daily for a good sleep and behaviour. You should develop the practice of spoon feeding because this the best way to avoid unwanted infections. If your baby get used to having a bottle-feed every time he fall asleep, he might develop an association between the bottle and sleep. He might then find it hard to fall asleep without a bottle. There is a risk of tooth decay Milk is quite high in sugar. Soaking your baby’s teeth in it overnight can cause tooth decay. There is a risk of ear infections When a baby drinks lying down, milk can flow through to the ear cavity, which can cause ear infections. Thanks , take care.

HI Lybrate USER. 1) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on neck…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash it with lukewarm water. Do this 2 times in a day. Do this for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.
