Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain and inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hello sir! Take hypericum 30,6 pills twice a day! U will get relief! Followup up me later after a week! If pain persist do one X-ray! Take calcium rich food! Avoid sitting on hard surface. TC.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Apply hot fomentation twice daily.

Hi, * yes your back -muscle is stretched, you should go for aerobic exercise for 20 mnts # homoe-med: @ rhus tox 200- 5 drops thrice a day @ arnica mnt 200-5 drops thrice a day report after a wk do not forget to take your medicines while doing your duty all d best.

If your weight is more in proportionate to age and height, then control weght. This seems to be a osteoarthritis 1-mahanarayan tail massage both joints twice with warm oil 2-tab. Sallaki plus 500 mg one tablet twice in a day with water 3- maharasnadi kwath 15 ml twice with water after food 4- castor oil 10-15 ml at bed time daily with warm water report after one month.

Hi I can understand your problem. It may be due to nerve compression at lumber spine. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

The way to improve your wrists isn’t by doing more heavy lifts. Dear lybrate-user proper evaluation and imaging is a must before any comments. After 4 year chances of getting movement further is minimal. Continuing doing activities is good for flexibility. We need to councel patient for the disability.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days,contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me and consult a skin doctor for fungal infection.
