According to your age, implant is the best option available to replace the missing tooth another option is a 3 unit bridge. It is not so conservative.

Drinking a glass of water (250ml.) mixed with a tablespoon of honey is very beneficial for the teeth. You can even replace your morning tea with this drink. It acts both in prevention of and in curing dental problems.

This is due damage of the mucosal lining of your mouth, first of all you have to quit chewing tobacco, apply alovera gel, apply baking soda paste, apply honey to your mouth, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem permanently, it is treatable, So you can contact me through Lybrate in private consultation.

My tongue becomes yellow after every meal specially Indian home made food for dinner and white when I eat raw amla. It's hard to remove the layer by brushing with salt toothpaste so I end up rinsing with mouthwash and it becomes alright in morning. What should I do and could it be an underlying health issue?

Hi. You should take precautions like not to close tightly during gym workouts and do not open widely while yawning. A device called night guard will help you a lot. It is wore during sleep. An expert dentist can give you after taking your teeth impression. And if after 3 to 4 months of using problem still persists then tmj xray has to be taken for further therapy.
