I am 24 years male, I am teetotaller, but I have been getting constant left side head ache since 6 months, needle sensation, pins section, under both the feet, while walking my back side of my legs hurts. My vitamin b12-120, vitamin d - 23.2. My hb-16.

I had consulted a neurologist and he has given medications for it which is colihenz p800, clopitab a 75, tonact 40, and my diabetic medicine. But the improvement in my conditions in very low.
