Tk a soft pillow for back support and tk break between long sitting. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs and do hot fermentation and rest if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Dear Lybrate user During injury you may feel a pop in your knee or hear a distinct popping sound, followed by which you end up crashing on the floor if you fail to find any support to hold on to.A quick onset of unbearable leg pain follows the pop. It can be a burning sensation or a shooting pain that makes your nerves from the knee to the hip go crazy. At this stage you would be unable to walk, stand or apply any kind of pressure on your kneeYou will see that your knee has swollen to almost double its initial size. The swelling happens as the blood and fluids flow into the injured area.Your knee will feel tight and you won’t be able to bend or straighten your knee. You would feel as if your knee is locked in one position. You cannot put absolutely any of your body weight on your knee.

Dear I think you have cervical spine and back problem due your occupation. You need detailed evaluation and imaging to confirm that diagnosis. You can get it treated and then keep fit. Regular exercise is the key to remain healthy. Meanwhile apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly and take some rest.

If ankle swelling is due to injury and there is pain take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food, apply coice cold compression, volini gel and crepe bandage. If no relief consult doctor

Low back pain is certainly related to your deficiency of vit d. But don't take it lightly consult a pain physician or orthopedic surgeon. Frozen shoulder is manageable with a good physiotherapist. Treat it vigorously.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

That is deficiency of supplements so tk this and for leg pain do tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy after relief do strength exercise in gradually process like cycling, treadmill ya cross trainer ok best for you.

Do gentle massage with hot oil for 10 minutes 2 times a day. For gases avoid spicy & oily food. Do daily exercise vajrasana & pavanmuktasan will help you in both. So it regularly. If back ache is not relieved by this consult doctor.

You need to be evaluated thoroughly so better you go to nearby physio clinic ask him to give treatment. mean while you observe your nutritional level. take more of milk, green vegetables sprouts. and exercise daily
