Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

the results of meniscal repair depends on the site of the meniscal injury. Only peripheral tear have better outcomes. there is always a risk of failure of repair because the meniscus is not well vascularised (doesnt have much blood supply except in the periphery). if you still have pain then you may require a repeat MRI to see if the tear has recurred. speak to your surgeon

Tips to cure knee joint pain.. 1.Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 2. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling 3.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 4.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 5. Take 1 tsf castor oil with milk at night once a week.

Hello,This is Dr.Vyas i have no treatment about your tuberculoma yes but i have treatment for yr shoulder pain u can take hot bath for your shoulder first then do some simple exercises like dance 1.Bounce yr shoulder up 2.Move it like a bird 3.Sweming like 4.Spin bowler like 5.Pun yr hand on shoulder and make zero by yr elbow You may get relief quickly and enjoy without pain. Do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

At this age vito. D deficiency is very uncommon. Investigate for arthritis by blood test (arthritis panel) & take good sleep at least 7 hrs. Do more physical activity by jogging in the morning &yoga.

naveen do u have pain on left side or right side. if it is right sided then there is so many causes ---gastric causes[ flatulence means excessive accumulation of gas, pain of gall bladder]..pain of bones & muscles due previous injury & due to abnormal posture] if it is left sided then it may be due to flatulence & due to pain of bone & muscle. so make it sure what kind of problem with u. if there is gastric cause then go for USG upper abdomen.

My issue is that m having. Pain in my bones specially in legs. Like my ankle and shin is very sensitive to pain. This was not earlier but now from 3-4 days its having like this. Also in my hand n fingers. If I press any of this that I hve mentioned I feel a lot of pain. please tell me what 2 do. M feeling very weak. Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Dear lybrate user, drink plenty of water. You should take berberis vulg. Q thrice daily five drops in water. Avoid grams rice. If you are taking alch oh all avoid it totally.

Hello I am 18 years old I am suffering from pain in my spinal cord due to constantly working at one position what can be its cure.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear mcr chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.
