Your weight 61 kg is normal. If your backache is not severe then you should do back bending extension exercises regularly. Use a comparatively tough mattress instead of thick spongy or springy ones. Do not bend forwards and avoid lifting heavy objects. If you follow this routinely then there should be regression of your pain and it will prevent any possible pressure on your spinal roots in future. An xray of lumbosacral part of vertebral column will help in finding any space reduction between the vertebrae and possibility of root friction with the discs due to prolapse.

considering your age & profession your knee pain may be due to osteoporosis. massage with hot sesame oil for 10 to 15 min 2 times a days after massage give hot fomentation for 5 min. improve diet . do light stretching exercise daily. start milk + 2 spoon cow ghee on empty stomach, dry fruits will help you , like akrod & badam(almond). start Ayurvedic calcium suppliment to strenghten joint . dry khajur is good source of calcium.

The sound what you hear is called as Crepitus /ˈkrɛpɪtəs/ (also termed crepitation) is a medical term to describe the grating, crackling or popping sounds and sensations experienced under the skin and joints or a crackling sensation due to the presence of air in the subcutaneous tissue. Popping Knees and Crackling Knuckles. Occasionally hearing pops, snaps, and crackles when you bend your knees doesn’t necessarily mean you have arthritis.. The kneecap (patella) is the small, convex bone that sits at the front of the knee, shielding the joint.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Dolo is actually paracetamol, so it is quite a safe medicine if taken in prescribed dosages and especially your liver function should be ok, so get it checked before regularly taking it. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Thanks & regards
