I had been in a relationship with a guy for almost 4 years now. We broke up last week. The reason wasn't very simple neither was it complex which is why I need help. He needed physical intimacy in the relationship whereas I on the other hand did not really like getting physical. I liked being cuddled or kissed but getting naked and getting physical wasn't something I enjoyed. Most of the times, I used to pretend that I liked doing it only so as to make him happy. He would call me over to his home to spend some time but it had never really happened that we just held hands or kissed each other. It always got into getting undressed and doing things I never really liked. So eventually I stopped going to his place and started giving him reasons and avoided going to his place. We always used to have a fight on this topic. There were a few things he wanted me to change in myself. He said I was very short tempered and trust me I changed myself in that aspect a lot. Even he had a few habits that I wanted him to change but he never did. Basically I broke up because even after doing so much for the relationship, all he wanted was I to get physical with him. He did not want to respect my choice of not getting physical at all. This really put me in a dilemma that is getting physical in a relationship way more important than forming a strong emotional connection let alone with your partner, my partner's parents had already considered me their daughter and they love me so much. So basically when I weigh physical intimacy with the emotional bond in the relationship what weighs more?

For a girl definitely it is emotional bond where as for a boy it may be physical or emotional or both. For most of the boys it it physical bond which leads to emotional one. Due to conditioning in Indian value system sex out of wedlock is considered as 'Paap' and it is taught from a younger age that sex is not a necessity specially for girls that is why most of the girls think the same way as you are thinking. But the boy should have respected your feelings. On the other hand cuddling and kissing obviously leads to intercourse if the environment is also proper. Most of the boys are not able to hold on after intense kissing. I think I've tried to explain the psychology behind your problem successfully. Proper communication is the key to solve it. All the best.

Dear lybrate user, of course not. Cough means your air passage and lungs r not clear to retain proper oxygen which will b consumed while running in d field. Hence you need to b cough free, first. Avoid, dust, smoke, alcohol, amok img, junk food, cold intake, exposure to cold. Go for meditation to inhale plenty of oxygen to clear your air passage to enhance d tidal value of lungs to retain oxygen. Take, homoeo medicine to get rid of cough & cold. @ tuberculin 200-6 pills, wkly. @ rumax30-6 pills, thrice a day. Take, care.

Sir please suggest me like I don't have energy, I can't stand for more than 5 min and I can't walk, I feel more tied and can't able to work,

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Right testicle is not as big as left one. In fact its half size as compared to left one. Probably due to sports injury in childhood. Can not recall exactly. Can it be treated through surgery or in any other way? Do not want to suffer any issue as going to get married soon.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Testicle size, color and shape differs in every individual. If you observe your ears, eyes, hands, legs etc they will be differing in some aspect in your body. The same is applicable to your testicles too. They differ in color, size and texture. This difference will not affect your sexual performance or future reproductive ability. But you should look for abnormal swelling of testicles with or without pain, itching, burning etc. Don’t panic. Take care.

Start 'abhyanga', the oil application and massage for the whole body in this season to improve skin and muscle health. Apply warm sesame oil, leave it in for an hour and take hot shower. don't do this after eating or after sunset or if there is fever or infusion. best is morning empty stomach.

Hello, To reduce stress do breathing exercise watch positive videos do positive activity like plantation or like wise if your mind get diverted towards positive things your stress will be reduced. Same way your daughter will do breathing exercise her brain will get good source of fresh oxygen and forgetful nature will gradually reduce.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
