No leave 1 month gap because for immunity to develop it takes minimum 1 month, else you can give 2/3 days after may 30th, don't give before that.

Dear ur ideal weight range is 61-74 kg...so u have a perfect weight. but sedentary lifestyle leads to various stomach problems, and other disease also. so follow the tips for healthy living. 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so do brisk walk 1-2 km daily. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy. While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Hi Respected Doctors,
I have already found some suggestion on this app. I am 23, having 4" manhood, less facial hair ...
There is nothing about the size . It's about the proper gratification. The proper Blood supply. True you are too much cautious about it. Relax and try some Yoga and Pilates combo. Find a Yoga instructor and stop masturbating as it will only create complications in thoughts on the long run.

Meibomianitis - 8 Things That Can Trigger It!

Meibomianitis - 8 Things That Can Trigger It!

In order to see clearly, the eyes need to be constantly lubricated. This function is performed by small glands located in the eyelids known as meibomian glands. These glands secrete oil onto the surface of the cornea through tiny openings on them. Malfunctioning of this gland can create an excessive amount of oil.

When oil accumulates on the eyelids, it encourages the bacteria present in the eye and the skin around it to multiply leading to inflammation. This condition is known as meibomianitis. Adults are at a higher risk of suffering from this condition as compared to children.

Some of the factors that could trigger meibomianitis are:

  1. Allergic reactions
  2. Fluctuation of hormones associated with puberty and adolescence
  3. Acne and other skin conditions
  4. Lice or mites on the eyelashes
  5. Unsanitary contact lens solution
  6. Contaminated eye makeup
  7. Certain medications such as isotretinoin for acne that increases bacteria on the eyelids
  8. However, in some cases, a clear trigger factor may not be identifiable.

Some of the characteristic symptoms of this disease are:

  1. Dry eyes
  2. Constant watering from the eyes
  3. Inflammation and reddening of the eyelids
  4. Burning sensation in the eyes
  5. Itchiness
  6. Flaking of skin around the infected eye
  7. Heightened sensitivity to light
  8. Excessive blinking
  9. Crusting of eyelashes
  10. Blurred vision
  11. Frequent formation of sties
  12. Loss of eyelashes or abnormal growth of eyelashes

Regular cleaning of the eyes with warm water and abstaining from the use of contact lenses and eye makeup can help reduce irritation and manage the inflammation. Additionally, the doctor may also prescribe antibiotics or steroids in the form of pills, eye creams or drops. Artificial tears may also be recommended to patients exhibiting dry eye symptoms. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ophthalmologist.

Dear Lybrate user, Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders: including generalized anxiety disorder, a specific phobia, social anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder among others. While each has its own characteristics and symptoms, they all include symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety medicines alone cannot cure anxiety disorders mainly because medicines do not alter behavior. Behavior change and Continuous practice of the changed behavior cure anxiety. I suggest anxiety education, progressive counseling and progressive psychotherapy. I assure you complete cure. I need to know more about your anxiety so that I will be able to diagnose it properly and provide you tips to overcome and manage your anxiety. Take care.

Color of skin, if season, will correct automatically with change of season to suitable to your skin. However you may use raw milk applications, honey+ saffron and curcumin, or of aloevera+ barberis aristata and rubia cordifolia etc may do wonders for you. Do pranayam too. Rich iron content in food like greens is essential.
