Hello! I'm Krishna Chaitanya and I'm 20 years old. I've recently heard about Banana Diet to loose fat. I came across this on the internet and would like to know about this diet directly from a practising doctor. The diet is as follows: 1 or 2 bananas for breakfast, bananas for lunch and for snacks if needed in the evening and dinner of unrestricted choice with as much water intake of water as possible Please let me know if this diet is proper to follow and let me know if there would be any side effects. I presently weigh 108 kgs and I'm 180 cm tall. I don't have any other illnesses or diseases.

Hello what you have read on the Internet is not seems to be very studious many people who are not doctors or dietitians also write anything but you have taken very good step to confirm it by a doctor not any single type of fruit can replace you are breakfast for food for weight loss you have to do regular exercises also morning walk fast walk don't eat late night you should eat in the evening only before 7 P.M there should be a gap of 2 hours between food and sleep don't eat rice in the evening or night don't eat until fullness of stomach do abdominal exercises more and if you are not having bulging belly size then you don't have to worry for the weight. Just concentrate on the lightness of body not only on weight.

Hi! It would have been helpful if you could let me know how many kg you are required to lose. Losing weight can not happen overnight, nor can it happen with just one form of exercise. It requires a correction of the metabolism, healthy diet and an active lifestyle. So I would suggest you to try other exercises as well with the skipping. One of the best ways to reduce the fat in your body is to drink honey in water. •Add one tablespoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water. •Drink this glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. •You can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the honey and water mixture.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have controlled meal portions. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. Stay consistent to see results. We are here to guide you. Follow periods paricharya during period days avoid heavy food heavy work bathing travelling exercise during period days 1/2 strength exercise in morning will be beneficial for extra fat loss take basti panchakarma treatment for kideney stone and pcod eat fresh home made locally suitable easily digestable food avoid basi food freeze stored food western food like pizza pasta burger etc consult privetly for more details by providing detail histroy.

Yes, but diet plays 70 % role in weight loss. And exercise plays only 20 % role .you need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.
