I am having after defecation around anus and inside even .during bowel defection also I am feeling much pain can you ...
Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding. Other factors that increase the risk for getting hemorrhoids include constipation, diarrhea, lifting heavy objects, poor posture, prolonged sitting, pregnancy, eating a diet low in fibre, anal intercourse, and being overweight. Liver damage and some food allergies can also add stress to the rectal veins. People who consistently eat a high-fiber diet are less likely to get hemorrhoids, while those people who prefer a diet high in processed foods are at higher risk. A low-fiber diet or inadequate fluid intake can cause constipation, which can contribute to hemorrhoids in two ways: it promotes straining on the toilet People do not consider homeopathy medicine for piles at its early stages and this is one of the reason why they end up under a surgeon's knife. Hi Sir, My brother had cough & fever from Sept-Nov 2015 he was on Antibiotics, Paracetamol and cough syrup for same time but didn't got any relief finally done Chest CT scan in Nov and found Pleural Effusion, pleural fluid aspirate done on 24th Nov but whole fluid didn't not aspirated because patient get vertigo problem during aspiration so doctor stop aspiration, from 24th Nov TB treatment started. He got mild relief from cough and fever But after 15-20 days he again faced severe cough and mild fever, again CT scan and Chest sonography done and found some pleural fluid. Again, pleural fluid aspiration done and TB treatment continue, from that day he started getting relief day by day. Now is feeling absolutely fine. TB treatment is continue from Nov till today. From April he started feeling Hip shoulder back knee and Feet pain, some blood test done and found Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D is very much deficient. Both vitamin B12 and D injections and capsules Tablets supplement started and got felling better but didn't get any relief in Feet pain. Since last 40 days he having pain, pin needles and burning sensation in both feet.As per doctor prescription all types pain killer reliever like Dynapar SR, Zobid Zerodol SP etc taken but till today didn't got any relief in feet pain, even pain killer didn't work for 1 hour. We took opinion from Orthopedic and Neuro Surgeon and done MRI of Spine and Feet, MRI is normal as per MRI report but Feet pain and burning is still persist Now we consult with Neurologist, he said it look that it's Neuropathy due to TB medicine Isonizad. He said to consult TB physician and stop taking Isonizad and he prescribed Tab Pregabalin, Zen 100, Ultracet and Deep Senz ointment. We again consult with our TB physician, he said TB drug Isonizad can't be withdrawal because if we stop it TB May relapse later. As per doctor TB treatment will continue for more 3 months i. E. Till the end August Feet pain burning pin needles sensation is still persist. So now we are very confused and can't understand what to do. We have following questions 1 Please advise us what to do 2 Is Neuropathy is permanent? 3 Can neuropathy can be cured? 4 Can we stop Isonizad? Thanks & regards.

Neuropathy is usually irreversible, but can be benefited after some time and taking few drugs with tb drugs to prevent further neuropathy. Isoniazid can be stopped but it may weaken the course of treatment and the chances of getting tb again may increase with a weak course.

Internet Based Knowledge and Experiments - Can It Affect Your Sexual Health?

MD-Ayurveda, Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Haldwani
Internet Based Knowledge and Experiments - Can It Affect Your Sexual Health?

The Internet has glorified our lives in numerous ways, but at the same time, too much of information available online has also become very appalling in certain cases. One of the main scenarios that have borne the brunt of information overload is sexual health. Now-a-days, the adolescents or the teenagers have become very much vulnerable to increasing sexual risks owing to exposure to excessive online information.
Sexual Studies: The eternal curiosity about sexuality amongst the humans along with the unnecessary stigmas or taboos related to these have together led to a severe situation where people are resorting to a wrong form of information by misusing the internet.

How are the teenagers affected?
This has mounted up, especially amongst the teenagers because this is the transitional stage of a child to an adult where one goes through the maximum hormonal changes in the body. These hormones affect the metabolism and development of sexual maturity in those who are passing through this sensitive stage of puberty.

The superficial study of biological sciences and the changes felt by the adolescents have compelled them to dig more about sexuality by making use of the wonder weapon today, the internet. However, the social and other digital media contain sexual contents and information in a distorted manner and this has proved to be extremely pernicious in the following ways:

  1. Pre-marital and unsafe sex.
  2. Increase of sexually transmitted infections.
  3. The most alarming effect of all is the accelerated amount of crimes related to maliciously-oriented sexual attitudes and behaviours such as eve-teasing, molestation, rapes, child abuse, sexual harassment, etc.
  4. Unhealthy tendency of masturbation amongst the males.
  5. A healthy post-marriage sexual life is getting badly affected.

Studies have shown the present social media is flooded with illicit sexual content to the extent of almost 80% in the movies and 60% in the videos that are creating a severe psychological impact on everyone, irrespective of the gender. This is reaching to such an extent that sometimes they are getting addicted to watching these that is undermining their overall mental health.

Probable remedies: Now-a-days, various sexual awareness programmes are coming up and sexual orientation programme is becoming a part of the course curriculum in schools as well. Yet, unless and until the hush-hush mentality of the society regarding this particular aspect decreases, there will not be a significant change. There is always hope at the end of a dark tunnel and anybody who feels disturbed due to these issues can always consult and take help of the psychiatrists and sexologists who can handle such issues with the utmost consideration and under strict confidentiality.

However, one needs to open up completely before them or else, the treatment or counselling, whichever is applicable, will not be fulfilled in a proper manner. One has to break the boundaries, get enlightened, confront the facts and in turn, lead a healthier sexual life. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

Dear, This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal.4) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits. 6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 10 gm of ajwain seeds along with 10 gm of jaggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of trifala juice along with 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 5gm of fine powder of nutmeg along with triplala juice at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.
