I have psoriasis and these days my face is becoming all rough. Why? And what can I do?

Psoriasis is manageable, the traditional approach is to start with the mildest treatments topical creams and ultraviolet light therapy (phototherapy) and then progress to stronger ones only if necessary. The goal is to find the most effective way to slow cell turnover with the fewest possible side effects coupled with a dietary therapy specially designed to manage psoriasis. Researchers found several studies linking obesity to an increased risk for psoriatic disease. These studies indicate that a higher body mass index (bmi) is associated with an elevated risk for developing psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, as well as increased disease severity. Obesity may provide the nudge that triggers psoriasis in people who are already predisposed to it, researchers also found that in overweight individuals, losing weight may improve the effectiveness of treatments. So if you lose weight, you may be reducing fuel for the fire. I want to increase my health. My health remains the same from the past 1.5 years.I am very lean. I used to eat fatty foods like ghee, milk etc .even after had 6-7 bananas in a day too taken for 20 days .the result remains the same. please help me to improve my health. 1) don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2) eat more often. 3) drink milk. 4) try weight gainer shakes. 5) use bigger plates. 6) add cream to your coffee. 7) take creatine. 8) get quality sleep.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Hi! the main and important reason of dull complexion is sun damage. Pls use sunscreen with minimum spf 30, don't expose face to direct sunlight. Cover it in harsh sun. Wear sun glasses. Drink lot of water, veg juice, fruits like amla, orange with vitamin c. Some treatment like, microdermabrasion, chemical peeling, laser for brightening, some skin lightning ointments and glutathione injections can improve complexion.

I am from Indore & 20 year old ,male. I am suffering from IBS diarrhea since last 3 years. There is no exact solution about this disease. I have been stressed due to these problem. Someday I should go toilet for 2 to 3 times in a day but timing is not fix but in early morning I urge to go to toilet and in morning after once I go to toilet then feel like that motion is not properly. When I think about to go somewhere firstly I should go washroom and in my mind process of thinking is going on that outside I didn't feel of urge to go toilet. Kindly please help me and prescribed something for perfect cure from this disease. thank you.

DIET PLANS ?WEIGHT LOSS 1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). o A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + � cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10:30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or � cup melon (50 calories).
