Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

Dear Lybrate user, your pain might be because of your daily routine. Start doing morning stretchs. Ike hamstring stretch, calf stretch, bridging exercise, pushups and a bit of morning walk for about 20 min of stretch. Avoid lifting activities and long walking or sitting work. These exercises and precautions definitely reduce your pain to a much extent.

Hello, Aapke problem ki wajah hosakti hai ki Aapke Maas-Peshi mein soojan Aaya ho ya tightness Aaya ho, ya fir spinal cord bones less flexible Hogaye honge, ya unke beech mein Jo discs honge Woh healthy nahi honge, Hip Joint mein lesser flexibility k kaaran bhi pain hota hai, usme Labrum namaak ek cushion jaisa structure hota hai Jo unhealthy hojaane se bhi pain hota hai, Morning pain at low back Jo hai woh early Spondylosis/degeneration of spine k wajah se bhi hosakta hai. Zarurat parne pe XRay karke dekhna hosakta hai. For the mean time, aap Flexabenz gel lagaake 15 minutes Hot Compression/Garam paani se sekaayi Karein rozaana teen baar din mein. Aur Cat Camel Exercise Karein, Aur apna Spinal Posture theek aur Healthy rakhein. Detail examination k liye consult Karein private consultation mein. Dhanyawaad.

1.Do steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3;times daily 2.put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop three times daily 3.Take one tablet of levo cetrizine at bed time 4.Drink lukewarm water/hot soup/herbal tea etc

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear Sir/Mam I am suffering from severe Feet pain and feet burning, please advice what treatment I should follow.

Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Along with ultrasonic therapy, shortwave diathermy also can be given. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. Simultaneously it is better to wear MCR chappals (micro cellular rubber) which will help to transfer the Plantar Fascitis weight evenly in the feet so that the weight will be completely felt in the heel area. You shall do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water Ask your father to apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. If still the pain persists then it is better to keep TENS stimulation at one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics.

are u overweight????, do some following things 1- walk slowly 30 min daily. 2- doing some aerobic exercise such as swimming, or biking three to five times a week, eventually working up to sessions of 30 to 60 min. 3- reduce your weight gradually. 4- don't do heavy exercise. 5- take proper healthy diet.
