I had done blood test (thyrocare arogram 1.3) and urine routine checkup but can't find any problem except my spgt value of blood is 72 (max limit 70 unite). My sugar is also normal. I used to take alcohol 3 peg - twice a week. Please let me know your opinion about the probable reason?

Hello,
I am suffering from kidney stone.
I have done scanning and got. Stone forming size about 4-5 mm.
What can I do...
Dear, causes of kidney stones are * urinary infections * intake of less quantity of fluids & water * high intake of non vegetarian diets like eggs, red meat, fish. * high intake of calcium rich diet like milk tomatoes, spinach. * hormonal disorders (hyperparathyroidism) you should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.

Right Kidney normal in size, shape, outline, lie, parenchymal texture & pelvicalyceal system shows moderate hydronephrosis due to a calculus of size 16.5 mm seen in under part of ureter. Please suggest for this

PGP In Diabetologist, Fellowship in non-invasive Cardiology, MD - Medicine, MBBS
Endocrinologist, Delhi
You have a large ureteric stone which is blocking the flow of your urine on the right side. This is causing enlargement of the right kidney. Better go for a consultation with an urologist before any further damage occurs to your kidneys.

I m suffering with chronic anal fissure. Is here any permanent treatment beyond surgery?

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Self-help measures include: Increasing your daily intake of fibre by eating plenty of high-fibre foods, such as fruit, vegetables and wholegrain foods. Avoiding dehydration by drinking plenty of water. Trying to get more exercise – for example, by going for a daily walk or run. Working out a place and time of day when you can comfortably spend time on the toilet. Not delaying going to the toilet when you feel the urge. If you use wet wipes, avoid products that contain fragrance or alcohol, as this could lead to discomfort or itching. If you use toilet paper, use a soft brand and avoid wiping too hard. Soaking your bottom in a warm bath several times a day (particularly after a bowel movement), to relax the muscles in your anus.

Hello, Its natural to go for urination on consumption of plenty of water. It can sometimes occur with a sudden, urge to urinate due to bladder discomfort.  Common causes of frequent urination  include diabetes, pregnancy and prostate problems. You need to go for proper investigation. Tk, care.

Can a STARR procedure (Stapled transanal rectal resection) be repeated in a patient?

Diploma in Diabetology, Pregnancy & Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Prevention in Diabetes ,Thyroid
Sexologist, Sri Ganganagar
The STARR procedure is based on the stapled haemorrhoidectomy technique. Two PPH 01 (Johnson & Johnson; Edinburgh, UK) circular staplers are used sequentially to perform an anterior and posterior full-thickness rectal wall resection ultimately producing a circumferential transanal resection of the rectum. In my view no. Should consult a good surgeon.

kidney stones can be cured with medicines which are combination of herbal and homeo. There will no such need to undergo surgery or operations. I will suggest you to avoid surgery there is no need of it. You need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones. Kidney gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. A kidney stone is a hard mass developed from crystals that separate from the urine within the urinary tract. Normally, urine contains chemicals that prevent or inhibit the crystals from forming. If the crystals remain tiny enough, they will travel through the urinary tract and pass out of the body in the urine without being noticed. You can connect with me and I can provide you with treatment by which you can get cured with our medicines only. The medicines are combination of herbal and homeopathic only.
