Hello, the colitis is manifested by abdominal pain associated with cramps, bloating, constipation and diarrhea often alternate, and emission of mucus in the feces. Most people can control these symptoms simply by correcting your eating style, using some medicine in the acute stages and learning to manage stress better psychic. Foods that should not miss in daily food plan are carrots, potatoes, artichokes, cabbage, cucumbers, apples, cranberries, fennel and peppermint oil. Precisely for this precious ability to absorb water, these foods must be accompanied by adequate fluid intake.

Ideally your weight should be around 53 kg .you have to keep one thing in mind that when you focus on losing weight you should not ignore the diet required by body .you should plan your diet in such a way that you loose your weight without compromising the needs of body. The main concept is that when our calories intake is more than the calories burn then our weight increases. So you should do some physical exercise regularly its not neceesary that you go to gym for that you can do it at your home also but do regularly .you also need some change in your diet plan also. Eat at regular intervals, Eat more fiber containing food as it digests slowly, decrease your dependency on sugar, rice, fried food items ,junk foods, coke. Increase in your diet green salad, seasonal fruits, guava, papaya, sprouts, chikoo, legumes, milk. Take sleep of 7-8 hours, drink 4-5 litres of water. If you need detail diet plan you can contact me. Take care.

Dear lybrate user with the information provided it appears that you are having gastritis. The first and foremost treatment of which is life style modification like regular exercise, diet modification as advised and liberal fluid intake. Try having small frequent meals, avoid tea/coffee/carbonated drinks, avoid chilli, stop smoking and consuming alcohol if you do. Hope this solves your query. Try with these life style measures first.
