Has excess masturbation any bad effects on bones and teeth at an ege of 23? I am doing this from the age of 18.
Masturbation is not harmful. It is a healthy sexual activity and one of the ways of experiencing sexual pleasure. Masturbation does not cause impotence, sexual weakness, infertility, low sperm count, deformity of penis etc. In fact, masturbation has several health benefits.

I m azhar I have to ask about the health of my eyes My eyes are too weak how can I would increase my eyes power.

I m azhar I have to ask about the health of my eyes
My eyes are too weak how can I would increase my eyes power.
There are multiple causes responsible for diminution/ blurring of vision. Let me enumerate them in brief for you: (1) refractive error. This is one of the commonest reasons responsible. Minus or plus number in one eye or both eyes may be responsible for weak/ blurred vision. The solution for this is glasses/ contact lens/ refractive surgery (if applicable). It should be checked by a trained optometrist/ ophthalmologist and proper glasses should be prescribed. (2) cornea related problem: injury, degeneration, infections or inflammation occurring on the cornea tend to causes loss of transparency and lead to weakening of vision. These should be assessed preferably by a cornea specialist and treated appropriately. (3) cataract in the lens of the eye: this usually occurs with increasing age but in some cases may occur at a younger age. There are multiple systemic factors responsible (eg. Diabetes, increased cholesterol levels, etc) injury to the eye may also cause cataract. This should be assessed and treated appropriately by a cataract specialist. (4) retina/ vitreous problems: these occur due to a variety of reasons such as high minus numbers, diabetes, trauma, etc. These issues are best assessed and treated by a retina specialist. There are good quality surgical options available for the same. (5) optic nerve related problems: these may occur due to raised eye pressure (glaucoma), or occur in association with certain conditions related to the brain and the blood vessels. These are best assessed by a retina/ glaucoma specialist (whichever applicable). (6) neurological problems: certain problems in the brain and the central nervous system tend to cause weakening/ blurring of vision. These are best assessed by an eye specialist in concordance with a neurologist and a neurosurgeon if required. Thus, based on the category you fall under, it would be necessary to take appropriate help and treatment. If you have a high refractive error (power of glass) you could consider undergoing refractive surgery. Operations done to remove the refractive error (power) of the eyes are known as refractive surgery (lasik). There are certain basic criteria that most patients need to fulfill before they can safely undergo refractive surgery. To enumerate, they are: (1) stability of refraction: the power of the eyes should have become stable for a period of 1.5 years minimum without any change. (2) curvature of the cornea should be tested by a technique which is known as topography. (3) thickness of the cornea should be measured by a test known as pachymetry. The minimum thickness required is 550 microns. (4) dilated retina evaluation: this is one of the most important tests that should be performed by a trained retina specialist. This test helps in detection of any offensive lesion on the central or peripheral retina. In case of any retinal abnormality, these should be treated before undergoing the surgery for number reduction. (5) there should be no pre-existent corneal abnormality. (example: corneal scar, opacity, defect, etc.) another important suggestion is that whenever you go for the assessment (the above mentioned tests), you should discontinue the use of contact lenses at least 4 weeks prior to the assessment. The reason for this being that use of contact lens temporarily alters the contour of the cornea. It takes around 3-4 weeks for the restoration of the original corneal contour after removal of the contact lens. Another important point is that you, as a patient, should be compliant to put post operative medication in your eyes for at least 2 months. There is bound to be some discomfort, watering, foreign body sensation, pain after the surgery in most cases-you should be ready to tolerate that. A leave from work for 7-10 days after the surgery should be generally sufficient. Last but not the least, you should set realistic expectations from this surgery. Though extremely rare, there is a remote possibility that the surgery may need to be repeated. Also, the need for subsequent treatment for the eye may be required. Thus, you should be compliant enough to trust and follow your eye specialist. In case you have any other queries, feel free to contact me via the audio/ video facility offered by lybrate. Hope my suggestions help you, take care,

Yes, it is correct. You should aim to get at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise most days of the week. If you think that you can’t find 30 minutes, you can break up the exercise into chunks—10 minutes here and there. Build up to 30 minutes gradually.

Hair falling is generally due to malnutrition, over exposure to pollution or hormonal imbalance. Usually there is fall of 10-15 hairs daily, which is quite natural process. But excess of hairfall is indication of some disease. Regular exercises helps to control hair growth. There are some remedies which can help to control hair fall. One of them is. Curd is the best remedy for hair loss. This may also gives smoothie hair. Curd not only prevents hair loss but also gives shiny hair. You can combine curd with mustard seeds (paste) or black peeper and curd or curd in honey (moisturizer). Apply to the hair and shampoo it after 30 minutes.

Normally, semen is a thick, whitish liquid. However, several conditions can change the color and consistency of semen. Watery semen can be a sign of low sperm count.

Hello- Testicular pain following masturbation/sex could have multiple sources. For example, this pain could be caused by pelvic congestion, commonly referred to as “blue balls”. This can occur when a long period of sexual stimulation does not end in ejaculation. During stimulation, the blood vessels in the genitals fill with blood. Masturbating in one session for a long period of time may result in pelvic congestion. Try breaking apart the stimulation into two shorter sessions instead. This will allow your body to receive a shorter period of arousal prior to release, and may perhaps prevent pelvic congestion from occurring. The pain may also be related to how you are positioning yourself during masturbation. If your testicles are moving around too much, this motion could be the reason behind your discomfort. Consider a change in position or try cupping your testicles with your free hand as you are masturbating. This touch could also benefit by providing extra sensation and may make the experience more enjoyable.
