Hello. Scabies, known as the seven-year itch, is a contagious skin infestation by the mite Sarcoptes scabiei. The most common symptoms are severe itchiness and a pimple-like rash. Occasionally tiny burrows may be seen in the skin. When first infected, usually two to six weeks are required before symptoms occur. If a person develops a second infection later in life, symptoms may begin within a day. These symptoms can present across most of the body or just certain areas such as the wrists, between fingers, or along the waistline. The head may be affected, however this is typically only in young children, and not in older children or adults. The itch is often worse at night. Scratching may cause skin breakdown and an additional bacterial infection of the skin. The symptoms of scabies are due to an allergic reaction to the mites. Genral Management: • Maintain personal hygiene. • Change clothes, bed linens daily. • Regular daily bath. • Clothes & bed linens to be boiled in hot water, dried in sun & ironed. • Thorough scrubbing with soap & water. • Through drying of skin after bathing. • Treat all close contacts. There are numerous homoeopathic medicines available for Scabies, but for that need your detailed history as medicines are chosen on the basis of Individualisation.

If this white discharge is coming for the first time ,then it is normal and just due to excitement and thinking about that sexual incident.It is the Cowpers fluid coming out of cowpers gland attached to Urethera.Just wait for few more days ,if problem still persists,then discuss.I think it will be normal in few days.

Don't do hot oil massage it removes moistur in your hair some anti dandruff shampoo also causes your hair dryness apply normal oil and change dandruff shampoo.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Light therapy for treating Seasonal Affective disorder

One of the unique forms of depression is the Seasonal affective disorder which is characterized by the onset of depression with the start of the winter months and a full remission during spring time. Seasonal affective disorder is a form of depression that affects about 1 in 20 people around the world on average. One of the common therapies used to treat this disorder is light therapy.

What is light therapy?

Light therapy is the controlled exposure to specific amounts of bright light on a daily basis as a medicinal tool to correct depression and other mental disorders. It has been noticed that the lack of exposure to lights may trigger certain mental disorders within patients and controlled exposure to bright light over a stipulated period of time every day may be able to correct this effectively.

How it works?

Brightness within the daily world is usually measured with the unit of lux. For all types of artificial lights, the measure of luminosity is estimated via this unit. Human beings have an automatic trigger where low light levels for continued periods may cause depression. A clear sunny day outdoors will have a measurement of 10,000 lux and this is the recommended dosage for exposure for people suffering from depression.

It has been seen in studies that people with severe forms of Seasonal Affective disorder responded well to this therapy. They were treated 30 minutes daily with light exposure and over time the study showed that it significantly improved the moods of the people.

Some of the reasons why light therapy proves to be an effective treatment option for SAD include:

  • It resets the circadian rhythm - Controlled exposure to light will trigger the hormones that control the circadian rhythms or the daily rhythms of sleeping and walking cycles and thus will help reduce depression.
  • It triggers neurotransmitter function - Light exposure triggers certain neurotransmitter functions which work like an antidepressant and thus relieves stress or other internal functions that may cause depression.
  • Results in an increase in serotonin levels - This hormone is very important for mood elevation and is known to rise with increased light levels and decrease with low light levels. Controlled exposure can definitely help improve serotonin levels for lessening depression symptoms.

Soft corns are best treated with properly fitting footwear and better foot hygiene. Products that can be applied to affected areas include 40% salicylic acid pad (corn caps). If it hard corn, it might has to be removed surgically. If persistent, consult a surgeon for further management.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

Although you have provided a limited information regarding your leg pain in your age but I will try to figure out few important reasons for leg pains ------------------------- 1. Hello- >Frequent UTI in males occurs due to following factors- Avoiding urine/Stool pressure, eating too much spicy diet/non-veg diet,excess tea/coffee, alcohol intake, unprotected sex, urinary stone recurrence, benign prostatic hypertrophy etc. So first avoid above factors. >Try these ayurvedic tips & treatment- 1.Drink plenty of boiled water. 2.Avoid sun exposure. 3.Avoid late nigh workouts. 4.Drink coriander powder decoction thrice a day. 5.Increase the amount of sweets and dairy products (except curd). 6.You can use these ayurvedi medicines for quick results too- Chandra prabha vati, shatvaryadi ghrita, Usheerasava, Audumbar awaleha etc. Note-Recurrent UTI suggests improper digestion,so don't go for antibiotics as it will worsen your condition.
