Coulde due to stone or urine infection. Ultrasonography of abdomen needs to be done take antibiotis for 5 days.

No it is concentrated urine. Foaming of urine, swelling of legs or eye, blood pressure at age below 35, frequent urine infections are signs of kidney problem.
