Usually the number gets stabilised after 18 yrs. Medical treatment as no proven role in weak eye sight. Also food has not a major role in improving vision eating green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and fish may keep the eyes healthyhealthy. If your number is stabilise for 1 yr and if you have no ocular disease, then you may undergo laser surgery if you have normal corneal thickness, otherwise you may have to undergo icl (implantable collamer lens).

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day.. eat healthy n light food ... drink plenty of water... walk 1km daily in evening... follow up after a week.

I can't lose my weight. I am doing a gym since last 4 months. I run around 15 minutes on treadmill daily with the average speed of 15. With that I do all heavy exercises daily for one & half hours. Have control mill daily. But In last 4 months I loses only 4-5 kg & even since last 2 months constantly at 100 kg where I didn't gain anything or loses. What is the issue?

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Mr.pravesh, For what purpose you are talking Ayurvedic powder. Avoid medicines for Constipation. Eat lot of vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water. Do yoga and breathing exercises. Go for walks. Get back to me for any clarification or if not better, by natural methods.

Treat typhoid naturally: take 15 leaves of shyam tulsi neem (bitter) 1 leave 5 piece of kali mirch 5 gram ginger make a paste of it and put in 150 ml water and boil it. Than filter it (chaan le) and drink, in morning empty stomach, you will be ok in 5 days but you have to consume it 20 days wdout fail.

Either you have Asthma or sleep apnea or you are overweight or rarely some cardiovascular disease. Please get your PFT done and echocardiography done. Do exercise to reduce weight.

1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8.Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9.Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for morning walk, do exercise daily. Avoid spicy and oily/fatty foods. Eat fiber meals. Eat whole grain foods, green veg. Do checkup thyroid profile, lipid profile and reply for better advice.
