dear friend, wash your face with Luke warm water 3_5 times in a day avoid using any soap. don't cut or erode the pimples it may leave marks on the face. take balance diet and a lot of water daily. try to avoid oily and spicy food as possible. take Trifala churna 5 GMs with Luke warm water at night once for 15 days. tell your progress to guide further.

I am having sinusitis since past three years once I had dengue and had gone under platelets transfusion. I am chronic patient of gastritis and many a times I am OK and certain times it gets aggravated.

Home remedies for constipation: Drinking pots of water is one of the best things you can do to keep constipation at bay. Water helps to cleanse the system and also normalize the bowel movements. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water on a daily basis. This helps in dissolving the food nutrients as well as ensures proper digestion of food. Drink at least half a cup of cabbage juice at least two times a day to get rid of constipation. Eating dates with milk are also beneficial in curing constipation. This is one of the best home remedies that go in treating constipation. Take high amounts of figs with water if the constipation is chronic in nature. A mixture of half a cup of orange juice and half cup of olive oil plays a major role in eradicating constipation. Before going to bed drink a full glass of warm water with fennel seeds added in it. Fennel has the tendency to boost the process of digestion and is also effective in treating digestive problems. A mixture of carrot juice and spinach juice is also one of the best home remedies which help cure constipation. Take 1-2 tsp of almond oil with milk. Do this for at least three to four days and see how it will effectively reduce the effects of constipation. Drink at least two glasses of orange juice. However, while drinking this juice see to it that you take it empty stomach. Hence, morning time is the preferred time to drink orange juice. Do this for a period of 8-10 days and see the difference it will make. 2-4 tsp of castor oil is also one of the proven home remedies that helps cure constipation.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. it may gas-distention trouble due to indigestion. have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in ur food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead u can have green tea. dont lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. have a walk instead. maintain good bowel habits. Have more of Coconut Water, Gulkand etc to relieve acidity, Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down ur system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system. for gas some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that u may consult me privately over Lyberate. Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Tips to Deal With Heavy Menstrual Flow

Heavy menstrual flow also known as Menorrhagia is one of the most common form of abdominal bleeding from uterus. Everyone has different periods, some might not even notice that time of the month, while others might suffer from heavy bleeding, feeling miserable and a constant worry of leaks and stains leading to embarrassing situations. Periods are considered to be heavy if a pad or tampon is soaked in blood every hour.

Other symptoms of heavy bleeding could be:

  • Passing of large clots
  • Bleeding at night which requires to get up to change a pad
  • Any period that lasts for more than seven days

The causes of heavy bleeding during periods might be due to fibroids (noncancerous tumors of the uterus), 
ectopic pregnancy, cervical cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease, use or blood thinners and problems with intrauterine device.

If you are one of those women who suffer from heavy menstrual flow and are quite hassled by the same then worry not here are some tips to deal the your problem.

  1. Keep a track of the periods as in when they start and the days with heavy bleeding. This helps you to track your next period and prepare yourself well for the same
  2. Low iron levels can cause heavy bleeding, thus maintaining the iron levels is a good idea
  3. Eating green leafy vegetables and taking multivitamins helps to maintain the iron levels
  4. Eat fruit and food with starch to maintain a good sugar level
  5. Hydrate yourself as it makes you feel less grumpy and miserable
  6. In case of severe cramps take some pain relievers like aspirin and ibuprofen. Even a hot water bottle is a great way to chase the blues and the cramps
  7. Get some sleep as one feels tired before the period and the days of the period. Listen to your body and don't push yourselves. Use extra protection in case you are worried about leakage
  8. Try using a menstrual cup as they have greater capacity as compared to tampons or pads. Also, one does not need to carry any supplies for the day
  9. Don't feel shy or embarrassed to talk about your condition
  10. You might need professional help and want to consult a doctor. Keeping a track of your period is good as doctors usually ask for the duration of the period and how heavy were they.

If you do not feel better with these tips a meeting with the doctor can predict the cause of the heavy flow and accordingly a medical treatment can be planned.

Medication for heavy bleeding might include any one or more of the following:

  1. Use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen
  2. Hormone Therapy for stabilizing the endometrium
  3. Tranexamic acid to promote blood clotting
  4. Dilation and curettage that is scraping of the uterus is done
  5. Hysteroscopy is where a long scope is inserted in the vagina and the lining of the uterus which causes bleeding is removed
  6. Endometrial resection is where the lining of the uterus is destroyed or removed and also makes it impossible to have babies after this
  7. Hysterectomy - This procedure is the surgical removal of cervix and uterus (If this procedure is done then it is impossible to make babies after this)

Following these simple tips is sure to control your bleeding, but if you still face issues and problems then consult a doctor.

She can definitely try this. I will give you some more tips to deal with skin dryness - Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.
