1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment and Spinal decompression treatment 2. Learn cervical exercises 3. Don't use Pillow 4. Do hot fermentation twice a day 5. Apply volini cream 6. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum. 7. Drink warm water empty stomach.

My mother is suffering from joint pain severly. How Panchakarma can help in that ?

I have no knowledge of Panchakarma. This is quite a common condition Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way Take CALDIKIND PLUS 1 tab daily for 10days Paracetamol 250mg TDS x 3 days Contact me after that. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It may have to be further investigated.

Hello, please ask her to follow the below medication:- 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Fatoline drops from haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Revert after 1 month.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Respected Dr. My wife was suffering with paralysis in right side of her body from last 25 days .at present getting the physiotherapy hear are some improvement but can not speak properly and could not chew the food. That was her fourth attack. Kindly sugest me for more improvement.

You need to start speech therapy as soon as possible for good results. This is the spontaneous recovery period so speech therapy during this time will help even more. Oral motor exercises needs to be done in case of Dysarthria or Oral Apraxiaand language therapy should be given in case of Aphasia.

Depending on site of tuberculosis affected treatment will be decided and it will be fixed regimen unless .intolerant to some medicines then alternate drugs will be prescribed. Main things will be in treatment is monitoring of side effects by regular check ups and watching for any drug intolerance. So unless we will not know complete events happened from since day 1. We can'tjudge and finalise or any change of medicines required.

I am 19 years old and male. I had a leg pain below the knee when I was going to running.
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.
