Hello you are suffering from the back pain caused by long continuous sitting posture and sedentary life style. you are advised to take 10 minutes break after every 2 hour sitting.Start a morning walk for at least 30 minutes.Regular walking is also very helpful as it is a wholesome exercise of the body, improves blood circulation and helps lose weight.Try to maintain a correct sitting posture. Take homoeopathic medicine Rhus tox. 200, 5 drops twice daily for 10 days, then revert me with feed back.

Simple management is very helpful to this problem. 1st- do not sit in your chair all day, get up every 20 min and stretch. 2nd- watch your posture. 3rd- watch your weight. 4th- do some yoga like (bharadvajasana, dhanurasana, viparita karani) 5th- take vitamin d rich diet like (fish, yolks, cheese, milk, and sunshine).

I am 80 5.11" no diabetise, regular walker, general good health. But have now back ache. Any good successful ayurvedic oil to strngthen back bones. I am doing yoga exercises now.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, you must sleep on a firm mattress with a soft and thin pillow, use a commode and avoid stairs. Do hot fomentation and apply muscodac gel 2-3 times a day. Wear a ls belt. Take zerodol sp and omez 40 mgm. 1 tab each, twice a day for 5-7 days. Get swd +ust for 7-10 sittings at a good physiotherapy center. You will settle. Once settled, learn exercises from your physio. If not. Get x-ray ls spine ap and lateral views and revert back to me with the reports. Take care.

Please do hot and cold compresses. Do massage with warm mustard oil take rest from weightlifting take mag phos 6x - 4 times daily for 10 days continue treatment.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
