You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, sour or fermented food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity which either increases the acid production or irritate the gastric mucosa resulting in hyperacidity causing pain and bloating of the stomach. Try these home remedies: - Drink kheer prepared out of saboo. - Drink a glass of pumpkin juice everyday in the morning on empty stomach. - Take 1tsf of jeera powder mixed with jaggery twice daily. or poppy seeds which keeps the stomach cool. – Take a bowl of curds mixed with sugar or a glass of lassi everyday which helps to neutralise the acid.

A panic attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming anxiety and fear. Your heart pounds and you can’t breathe. You may even feel like you’re dying or going crazy. Left untreated, panic attacks can lead to panic disorder and other problems. They may even cause you to withdraw from normal activities. Signs and symptoms of a panic attack-

Panic attacks often strike when you’re away from home, but they can happen anywhere and at any time. You may have one while you’re in a store shopping, walking down the street, driving in your car, or sitting on the couch at home.

Have you developed liver cirrhosis? anyway, to deal with liver ailments due to alcoholic drinks - we will have to undo this situation and bring back the good health which requires you to take certain nutrients in increased quantities. The course would depend upon the damage to the liver which could be from 1 to 3 months on seeing the progress. Hi, there is no need to go under surgery for renal calculus. Indigestion:

• Indigestion refers to an upset stomach
• It is also referred to as dyspepsia

Symptoms to look for:

• Belching
• Nausea
• Bloated stomach
• Abdominal discomfort in upper abdominal area

Causes:

• Gastritis or GERD
• Symptom of peptic ulcer
• In some cases, it's a symptom of cancer
• Incorrect eating habits like:
o Excessive intake of spicy or oily food
o Overeating
o Eating quickly

Natural home remedy using cumin seeds:

1. Take 2 tbsp cumin seeds

1. Take 1 glass warm water
2. Add 1 tsp lemon juice

1. Crush a few coriander leaves
2. Press them in a sieve
3. Extract juice
4. Mix 1 tbsp yogurt in 1 cup water
5. Add 1 tsp salt and make buttermilk
6. Add 3 tsp of coriander juice to it
7. Add ½ tsp of cardamom powder to it
8. Drink 1 hr after every meal

Tips:

• Eat jaggery after every meal

I aged 24 & having difficulty in bowel movement. My body hardly pass the stools smoothly. I'm completely frustrated and irritated as I feel there's nothing left in life for me. It's been 7-8 years since I suffering with disease consequently I kept losing weight and now turn into living skeleton, facing hair thinning and weakness as well. I hardly eat anything the whole day as I don't feel hungry. I'll desperately wait for your valuable advice thank you for your time and consideration.
