Dear user, you need to exercise in addition to eating healthy to keep fit. Walk for 45 mins everyday. You can also do abdominal crunches starting with 10/day. Include green tea, flaxseed, apples and fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Drink plenty of water. Consult for further guidance.

Dear , fissure is the result of passage of hard toilet or severe diarrhoea. Hard faeces is due to constipation and it is not a disease but a lifestyle problem and unless you do that sort of adjustment away from sedentary lifestyle it will remain there. Increase your fluid intake, take high fiber and high residue diet, increase physical activity like walking, games or exercises. Take emollient laxative like cremaffin plus 1 tsf at night with isabgol powder 3-4 tsf with 300 ml. Of water at night. Apply zincal ointment inside anus twice a day and sitz bath-sit in tubful of warm water for 15 minutes daily.

Hi, welcome to lybrate, at your age pimples & pimples marks are very common, they are basically infections in your skin pores (glands) in which sweat is forming and also due to some hormonal changes. If you want complete cure of pimples you have to be infection free, as skin have very little blood supply, so it takes time to remove infections. If you will trust me, I can cure it but it will take time and some precautions requires for complete cure, please upload its photo, regards

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. I am old case of Abdominal TB. Duly treated with ERH for 7 months, till May 2014. Reviewed by the Gastroentrologist in November 2014. But now I have similar kind of cough with reduced appetite. USG - Abdomen of November 2014 was normal. ESR and TSH levels are high for last two years. Not on any medication, now. Kindly advise.

FCCP (USA), MD - Pulmonary Medicine
Pulmonologist, Indore
Thanks for your query. Raised TSH means you have hypothyroidism. Go for full thyroid profile. Get a chest X ray done to have an idea for lung TB and get sputum for AFB. IF it is negative then an antibiotic course will help you. Best wishes

This could be fissure in anal region. If it is the first time then medicines may cure you. But if it is recurrent you may require surgery. It can only be decided after checking that area by a surgeon.

I have lower abdomen pain since last one year. Sometime I feel cramp also. I am taking pain killer. Apart from this please suggest me what should I do?

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note that you should do a USG whole abdomen first to understand the diagnosis of the pain-in abdomen. If the pain is at the time of motions then it could be dysentery -- in that case do a Stool R/E done. Do not take pain-killer by yourself. Please note the following recommendation for your conditions: Enjoy a Cup of Chamomile Tea -- Pour boiling water over a teabag and cover your mug, letting it steep for 10 minutes. If using dried chamomile, place 1-2 teaspoons in a mug and cover with boiling water. Cover the mug and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Sip slowly. Use a “Hot” Pack-- Find a place to lie down, and rest the hot pack on your belly. It should be a comfortable temperature, but definitely warm. Do this for at least 15 minutes, or as long as you need to, reheating as necessary. For further queries get back to me.
