4 Ways To Make You Sexually Happy

BAMS, MD Ayurveda
Sexologist, Lonavala
4 Ways To Make You Sexually Happy

Do you wish to be sexually happy? Well, you just have to follow four simple steps. You have to remember the fact that sexual interaction is not just a matter of physical happiness, but it is also directly linked with mental satisfaction. Therefore, you have got to prepare yourself mentally before you get intimate with your partner in bed. These steps will help you come much closer to your partner so that you can derive the highest sexual pleasure.

1. Exploring your body

If you want to make your partner comfortable at the time of physical intimacy, then you have to get connected with him both mentally and physically. In this case, half-hearted feelings will not do at all. Complete relaxation is needed before sex, and you can also use any vibrator for getting increased sexual drive. Concentrating on foreplay is one of the best strategies in revealing your love and sexual feelings. Foreplay is needed for increasing the sexual excitement to a great extent. Take your time and be spontaneous in order to make the moments more spiced up. Your kinky side should be exposed towards your partner.

2. Proper communication with the partner

Reveal your likes and dislikes to your partner so that the interaction can be made much stronger. You should switch off your phone at the time of private interaction in order to avoid unwanted interruptions. Honest confession about your body changes should be included. Mutually pleasurable acts need to be done on a specific note in order to get the highest pleasure. You can also share your sexual fantasies in order to make the interaction more effective and powerful.

3. Choose a proper time for sexual intimacies

Choose the best time for making sex with your partner. If you wish to create a wonderful space, then nothing can be the best option than planning on vacations. Sex initiation can be done by practicing both physical and emotional intimacy. If you think that you are facing any trouble in understanding the sexual needs of your partner, then you can definitely consult any expert counsellor or therapist. You have to try to overcome all sorts of emotional hindrances; otherwise, you will not be able to understand the feelings of your partner.

4. Stay fit and stable

You should be physically fit and mentally stable to get the best out of sexual intimacy. Staying fit and calm is easy with simple exercises, walking and doing yoga regularly. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.

Benefit of fibers in diet
We all heard some where that fiber is good for health and one should eat food which is rich in fiber. But how fiber help us to live healthy?
1 fibers form bulk of stool so it help in regulation of bowl movement. So help in constipation.
2 it gives us satiety value. Means high fiber food is not easy to digest, by eating small amout your hunger get satisfied and you will not become immediately hungry. So overall you eat less. Which help to maintain your body weight
3 it is also help in absorption of nutrients
4 it reduces post prandial plasma glusose and increase tissue insulin sensitivity. Which is very helpful in diabetes.
Food rich in fibers are
Whole wheat product, bajara, ragi, maize, green leafy vegetables, fruits with skin, seed
Also oats, whole pulses, isabgol, whole grain are rich source of fiber.

Hello, ideally you should get a withdrawal bleed between next 7-10 days post ipill intake but as I see that you have not bled, still you have not missed your menses though, so the best options shall be serum beta hcg test, which is a blood test and shall be sensitive after 7 days post intercourse to detect pregnancy based on levels of hcg hormone.

Postpartum Care: After A Vaginal Delivery

MBBS, MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, DNB (Orthopedics), MNAMS (Membership of the National Academy) (General Surgery)
Gynaecologist, Chandigarh
Postpartum Care: After A Vaginal Delivery

Pregnancy can wreak havoc in your body; be it your hormones overflowing or the constant crying of your newborn that makes you agitated after a point of time. Your baby will probably be your top priority in times like these but maybe, you can put yourself on the list as well once in a while because carrying a human inside isn’t a very easy task.

Vaginal soreness
On the off chance that you suffered a vaginal tear or an episiotomy while delivering, the injury may sting for a couple of weeks. Broad tears may take more time to heal. Meanwhile, you can promote healing by:

  1. In case of sitting becoming uncomfortable, try sitting on a cushion or cushioned ring.
  2. Utilize a squeezer-bottle in order to pour lukewarm water over the vulva while you're urinating. Press a cleansed washcloth immovably against the injury when you hunker down for passing stool.
  3. Cool the injury using an ice compress, or place a cool witch hazel cushion between the wound and a clean sanitary napkin.
  4. Take stool softeners or analgesics as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
  5. For treatment of episiotomy wound in 1st week - betadine wash should be used 3-4 times a day.

While you're recovering, anticipate that the uneasiness will gradually reduce. Contact your doctor if the pain increases; the injury gets swollen, hot and excruciating; or if you notice a discharge with pus.

Vaginal discharge
Vaginal discharge (lochia) might be a problem for several weeks post-delivery. Expect a red, overwhelming stream of blood for the initial few days. The release will continuously decrease, getting to be watery and changing from pink or chestnut to yellow and finally white. Contact your doctor if:

  1. You have substantial vaginal drying
  2. The discharge has a foul scent
  3. You have a temperature of 100.4 F (38 C) or more

Contractions
You may feel contractions for the initial few days post-delivery. These constrictions, which frequently seem like menstrual cramps help in preventing excess bleeding by compressing the vessels. These contractions have a tendency to get more intense with subsequent deliveries. Your healthcare supplier may suggest an OTC pain reliever as well. Contact your healthcare personnel in the event of fever or if the stomach area is tender to your touch. These symptoms and side effects could show a uterine disease. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Gynaecologist.

I am 28 year old woman and a mother of 3 year old kid. I am having irregular periods from my puberty onward. I am maintaining a healthy bmi, my height is 154cm, nd weight 49-50kg. I dont have pimples or facial hair. Bt my hair started falling heavily after delivery, dat too from the front portion of the head. Quarterly only i'm having periods, and flow and duration are normal. I dont have any significant difficulty or health issues except dis long gaps. What should I do?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Greater Noida
Dear, irregular period is due to hormonal dis balance. There are two issues - hair fall and irregular period. Hair fall at a particular portion. We have some combination of ayurvedic medicines (mixture of several medicines for your case specific - quantity mix) and hair oil. You may please, seek question in private as one of the hair fall reason is reaction of medicines taken in past. Periods can also be regulate by ayurvedic medicines.

Doctor my lover pregnant 6 weeks past 1 year .family situation taking abortion medicine what will occur during time giddiness and muscle cramps I have fear in any complications pls consider my request thanking you doctor.

MBBS,MD(medicine)
Gynaecologist, Bangalore
First of all any medications for termination of pregnancy should be taken after seeing a specialist. Ultrasound needs to be done to rule out that the pregnancy is in uterus. Secondly its also needed to do a check scan to rule out that process of abortion is complete. During process of abortion the pt will get pain which is crampy, bleeding.if the process of abortion is incomplete it may give rise to more bleeding giddiness. And incomple abortion can predispose to infections .so keep a watch on that.

Benefits Of Onion!

Benefits Of Onion!

Onions are incredibly common vegetables, and we often overlook the impressive health benefits that they provide. Onions have a similar nutrient profile to garlic, as well as the active ingredient, allicin, which affects our bodies in many different ways. Onion juice has been known as a natural remedy for angina and other cardiovascular issues, and it can quickly reduce cholesterol levels if taken on a daily basis. Extracting onion juice and drinking it directly may not seem like the most appealing remedy or preventative measure for angina, but it has been proven to work!
