See your eye doctor there, and consult a Physician too. In the mean time, try applying cold packs on the eye.

Hi lybrate-user, Cataract surgery is one of the most successful operations we have, but it does not always help, especially if the cataracts were mild. At times, there is some other reasons for poor vision, like macular degeneration, that could not be appreciated before the surgery. The cataractous lens was removed and replaced with a plastic artificial lens. Although this lens can be replaced if it is the incorrect power, there is a risk involved in another surgery. If it is only the power that is off, the vision should be correctable with glasses. If it is not, there is another reason for the poor vision. It may be helpful to obtain another opinion to determine what happened. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Please follow the tips below to feel better: Wear anti-glare spectacles while using a computer. Practice the 20/20/20 exercise. Every 20 minutes, focus/look at an object that's at least 20 feet away, for 20 seconds. Blink often when you are watching TV or working on your computer. Decrease the brightness level of your computer’s/mobile phone’s screen. Don't decrease it so much that you have trouble seeing. Minimize watching television. Use UV protection sun glasses when out in the sun. You can also use artificial tear eye drops (E. G. Refresh) every 2- 3 hours to keep the eyes moist. Make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

My question is related to eyes how we can improve the eye sight for far distance patient?

My question is related to eyes how we can improve the eye sight for far distance patient?
Hello do the following exercises for eyes to strengthen the eye muscles:- warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

First take homoeopathic treatment. Second keep habit of blinking eyes often. Take 10 minutes break after every hour. Give warm and cold compression to the eyes. Do regular pranayama and yoga. Avoid taking harmful medicines. If driving two wheeler than wear a full helmet.

Hi, When I lie on my bed for sometimes and then when I stand after my eyes getting closed and going to fell.
It's either due to postural hypotension or cervical Spondylosis. check your blood pressure in both conditions (lying and standing), have X-ray cervical spine, if both are normal then go for audiometry and internal ear examination. It's very important to find out the underlying cause of your problem. After diagnosis, Deep acting, safe and effective Homeopathic Medicines will certainly help you in Cure of this problem.

Dear lybrate-user. You can use goggles when in sunlight. Cold compresses (soak cotton in cold water and put it over your eyes) will help a lot and use lubricating eyedrop.
