Scar revision is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years. .Surgery may be the only answer. .Surgery /Laser/Chemical Peel/Dermabrasion are the the possibilities. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control. Scars improve over time -alteast 1 year or more. If they do not improve then Plastic surgery consultation may be sought. Scars can be improved by surgery but not deleted. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc

Can You Treat Fat-Swelling Tumours Or Lipoma With Homeopathy?

Can You Treat Fat-Swelling Tumours Or Lipoma With Homeopathy?

Lipoma can be clearly understood as that fat tumour – like protrusion on your hands, which disappears when we put a finger on it. This is a very benign tumour that occurs in the body. It is caused due to the accumulation of fat cells. In most cases, these tumours are painless, although, these might be pain causing too.

Furthermore, the most common parts of the body where this growth develops are the hands, shoulders, neck and upper limbs. Lipoma can be treated with the help of homeopathic medicines. In case you find a lipoma growth anywhere in your body, the best option is to seek professional help. Some of the common homeopathic treatments that can cure lipoma are:

  1. Calcarea Carb: This is the best medicine to treat lipoma in those who are overweight. A few symptoms and tests need to be performed on the patient before administering this medicine. The three parameters which are assessed before prescribing this medicine are excessive sweating through the head, sensitivity to cold air and special eating habits like craving for a particular kind of food. Apart from these three parameters, which are the main ones to be checked, it is also seen if the patient suffers from constipation and acidity. If these symptoms match with that of the patient, then Calcarea Carb is prescribed for treating lipomas.

  2. Sulphur: The next in line to treat lipoma would be sulphur. In fact, sulphur and Calcarea Carb are mostly at par with each other. However, it remains to be seen which medicine suits who depending on the constitutional make of the person. Those patients with high intake of sweets in their diet, excessive sweating, sensitivity towards heat and dislike towards bathing are the best candidates for administering Sulphur for treating lipoma.

  3. Belladonna: Though lipoma is usually painless, at times it can be painful too. In such situations, the pain is aggravated on touching the lump. Belladonna not only helps in subsiding the pain but also in dissolving the lump fully.

  4. Thuja: This helps in dissolving any fatty lumps developing anywhere in the body. In case the patient suffers from high cholesterol, then this is the best medicine to be administered.

Lipoma is a very common condition, which develops in people due to the formation of a fatty lump. It is a condition which needs to be treated immediately, but with effective treatments, it can completely disappear.

What is Scarring Alopecia?

Dermatologist
Dermatologist, Delhi
What is Scarring Alopecia?

Scarring Alopecia, otherwise called Cicatricial Alopecia, alludes to a gathering of hair loss issue that might be diagnosed in up to 3% of hair loss patients. It happens worldwide in generally healthy men and women of any age.

Every particular diagnosis inside this class is genuinely uncommon, yet a few cases incorporate analyzing Cellulitis, Eosinophilic Pustular Folliculitis, Follicular Degeneration Disorder (beforehand called "Hot Brush" Alopecia), folliculitis decalvans, lichen planopilaris, and pseudopelade of Brocq, to give some examples. Scarring Alopecia may likewise be a piece of a significantly bigger condition, for example, Chronic Lupus Erythematosus, where numerous organs of the body can be influenced.

While there are many types of Scarring Alopecia, the normal topic is a conceivably changeless and irreversible demolition of hair follicles and their Replacement with scar tissue.

Most types of Scarring Alopecia initially happens as little Patches of Hair Loss that may extend with time. Now and again the hair loss is steady, without recognizable indications, and may go unnoticed for quite a while. In different examples, the hair loss is related with Serious Itching, Burning, and Pain, and is quickly dynamic.

The Scarring Alopecia Patches normally appear to be somewhat unique from Alopecia Areata in that the edges of the Bald Patches look more "battered." The annihilation of the hair follicle happens beneath the skin surface so there may not be much too really observe on the scalp skin surface other than Patchy Hair Loss. Influenced areas might be smooth and clean, or may have redness, scaling, expanded or diminished pigmentation, or may have risen rankles with fluids or Pus originating from the influenced area.

These visual markers may help with diagnosis; however it is hard to diagnose a Scarring Alopecia just from the pattern of the hair loss and the nature of the scalp skin. Regularly while Scarring Alopecia is suspected, at least one Skin Biopsies are done to affirm the diagnosis and help recognize the specific type of Scarring Alopecia. A little biopsy of 2 to 4 mm in distance across is taken and analyzed under a microscope. A Pathologist or Dermatologist will search for annihilation of the hair follicles, scar tissue deep in the skin, and the presence and area of aggravation in relation to the hair follicles.

Regularly, the early phases of a Scarring Alopecia will have Inflammatory Cells around the hair follicles, which, numerous scientists believe, actuates the demolition of the hair follicles and advancement of scar tissue. In any case, there is some argument about this among Dermatologists, as in some cases a biopsy from a Scarring Alopecia person shows very low irritation.

Scarring Alopecia quite often burns out. The Bald Patches quit growing and any irritation, tingling, burning, or pain goes away. In this end phase; another skin biopsy generally demonstrates no inflammation around hair follicles. Bald areas more often than not have no more hair follicles. Here and there, however, hair follicles, in any event those at the fringe of a Bald Patch, are not totally annihilated and they can re-grow, but rather frequently all that is left are only a couple of Longitudinal Scars deep in the skin to indicate where the hair follicles used to be.

Treatment

Scarring Alopecia can include a great deal of harm and lasting Hair Loss. Hence treatment of Scarring Alopecia ought to be very forceful. The nature of treatment changes relying upon the specific Diagnosis. Scarring Alopecia’s that include for the most part Lymphocyte Inflammation of hair follicles, for example, Lichen Planopilaris and Pseudopelade, are by and large treated with Corticosteroids in topical creams and by Injections into the affected skin. Likewise, Antimalarial and Isotretinoin Medications might be utilized.

For Scarring Alopecia’s with aggravation of generally Neutrophils or a blend of cells, treatment includes Antibiotics and Isotretinoin. All the more tentatively, drugs like Methotrexate, Tacrolimus, Cyclosporin, and even Thalidomide have been utilized to treat a few structures.

Once a Scarring Alopecia has achieved the burn out stage and there has been no more Hair Loss for a couple of years, Bald areas can be either surgically expelled on the off chance that they are not very huge or the Bald Patches can be transplanted with hair follicles taken from unaffected areas.

Hair Loss - Homeopathy Treatment For It!

Hair loss can happen to anyone. Men suffer from genetic baldness and women lose hair due to hormonal shifts and life events that affect hormones like pregnancy and menopause. Once gone, hair is very difficult to call back. We may try out home remedies, apply expensive oils and creams and use special hair rejuvenating shampoos. But do they really work? No, or very little.

So, for if you are one amongst the sea of humanity looking for the perfect way to grow back hair, this article is for you…

We shall be telling you sure-shot homeopathic cures for alopecia, medical term for hair loss, right here.

Homeopathy is an alternative healing system that cures ailments by minute doses of natural substances that in larger amounts would produce symptoms of that ailment.

Apart from different causes of hair loss, there is also something called patterns of hair loss that a homeopath considers before he starts the treatment.

Almost all of us have heard of male pattern baldness which occurs due to genetics and causes hair loss in patterns on the head. Apart from this Alopecia areata is a form in which hair loss occurs due to an autoimmune disorder. The body attacks hair cells here.

Hair loss is seen in spots and patches and usually occurs in people below 20. Complete baldness where the entire scalp loses hair uniformly is another pattern. And then there is the Telogen Effluvium pattern where hair enters the telogen or the maturity stage prematurely.

Female pattern baldness also exists where there is thinning of hair on the top of the scalp. Homeopathy can treat all these patterns of hair fall effectively.

Treatment-

Before the homeopathic treatment can begin, the homeopath studies the case history of the patient. The cause of hair loss has to be determined and the site of alopecia identified. Homeopathy also pays a lot of attention to constitutional symptoms like eating habits, lifestyle, mental make-up level or thirst of the patient. These are important for the treatment to succeed.

After the case has been properly evaluated, the treatment can begin.

Homeopathic medicines for hair loss due to -

  1. Fungal Infections and Eczema: Psorinum and Mezereum are both very helpful in treating eczematous skin lesions which cause profuse hair loss. Mercurius Solubilis is also excellent for treating eruptions on the scalp.

  2. Dandruff: Thuja occidentalis and Kali sulphuricum.

  3. After Childbirth and Menopause: Natrum muriaticum and Pulsatilla pratensis. Sepia officinalis is excellent for menopausal women.

  4. Anaemia: Borax, Cinchona officinalis and Calcarea phosphorica are all good.

  5. Alopecia Areata: Flouricum acidum, Phosphorous, Calcarea carbonica and Vinca minor are best.

  6. Alopecia Totalis: Silicea, Baryta carbonica, Sulphur, Lycopodium clavatum are all good.

These homeopathic medicines treat baldness due to different causes. But we suggest that you don’t use them off the shelf but consult a homeopathic doctor who will take in mind your constitutional symptoms to prescribe a medicine that’s just right for you.

Biotin cannot make your hair grow all of a sudden .Hair fall is a very common phenomenon that plagues millions of people around the globe. Most of you take supplements of vitamin on a regular basis as it aids the build-up of new hair and skin cells. Read on to find out how exactly do the various vitamins help your hair: 1.Vitamin A: This vitamin controls the production of retinoic acid in your hair follicle. It is not only helpful for skin care but stimulates hair growth. It is immensely fruitful in moisturizing your hair and keeping it healthy. Vitamin A is usually found in sweet potatoes, carrots, tuna, lettuce, mango, sweet red peppers, green leafy vegetables and spinach. 2.Vitamin B: Variants of this, such as B12, aid in hair growth by managing stress. Vitamin B is found in fruits such as oranges and papayas, and beans. 3.Vitamin C: This vitamin helps you absorb iron from the food you eat which is an absolute essential for hair growth. It also boosts the synthesis of collagen that is required to repair the damage and sustain the structure of your hair. Fruits such as papayas, guavas, lemons, sweet lime, orange, kiwi, vegetables such as broccoli, yellow bell peppers and leafy vegetables are replete with Vitamin C. 4.Vitamin D: This vitamin rejuvenates the hair cells in order to form new shafts of hair. Vitamin D is found in dairy products, mushrooms, soy milk, tofu, and cheese. Vitamin D is also naturally made by your body when you expose your skin to the sun, and is called the sun-shine vitamin. 5.Vitamin E: This aids in stimulating capillaries and enhancing blood circulation on the scalp. This additionally contributes to hair growth due to its high anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant content. Certain foods loaded with Vitamin E are pumpkin, broccoli, olive oil, sunflower seeds, almonds, avocado, tofu and spinach. 6.Vitamin B5: It is also known as Panthenol, is a vital ingredient that is used in medicines to regulate hair fall. Foods enriched with Vitamin B5 are sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds, avocados, cheese and mushrooms. Other Ways to Help Hair- We have gone over the vitamins that may be important for the health of your hair. But lifestyle changes can help just as much. Try: 1.Cutting back on gels, blow-drying, and brushing hair when wet 2.Lowering your stress by exercising at least 30 minutes a day 3.Drinking enough water, 6-8 glasses a day Being mindful of the foods and drinks you consume, the products you use, and the way you manage stress, can all help improve the well-being of your hair. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult me.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.
