Dear Lybrate User, First of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/Nocturnal Emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that a person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation during sexual intercourse if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i.e. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. One of the common causes behind the loss of control of pelvic muscles is Digestive troubles. Slow digestion compels the blood to circulate around the organs of digestive system until the ingested food is fully broken down into soluble food molecules. Such circulation of blood around the digestive system for a prolonged period often results in sluggish circulation of blood around the other systems of human body. Sexual system is one of such system whose normal functioning gets disturbed due to impaired digestion. Ayurvedic Treatment For Allergic Bronchitis!

A respiratory disorder, the inflammation of the lining in the bronchial tubes, which are responsible for carrying air to and from your lungs is known as bronchitis. Allergic bronchitis is a disorder that develops, if you have severe allergies which result in a bronchial immune system reaction.

Allergic Bronchitis requires medical diagnosis by your healthcare provider who can differentiate the allergic form of bronchitis from the normal form of bronchitis by searching for other symptoms related to the allergy. Allergic bronchitis often occurs due to seasonal allergies, making it an acute condition. If you are suffering from lingering bronchitis issues caused due to allergies, an allergy test is recommended so that the doctor can accurately assess the condition.

The symptoms of allergic bronchitis are similar to the regular form bronchitis. Only difference is that the symptoms are triggered by allergies. Some of the symptoms are given below:

  1. Cough which may form mucus

  2. Body aches and breathlessness

  3. Headaches, blocked nose and sinuses

  4. Fever with chills

  5. Wheezing

Over the years, Ayurvedic practitioners have prepared and prescribed a number of remedies that can address the issue of allergic bronchitis.

Some of the Ayurvedic remedies are listed below:

Below listed remedies should be taken 3 times in a day for quick relief.

  1. 2 grams of Shringyadi Churna should be taken along with 100 mg of Kaphachintamani and Kaphaketu.

  2. Talisadi churna should be mixed with honey and ginger juice.

  3. 2 grams of Sitopaladi Churna should be mixed with 200 mg of Praval Pisthi as well as 100 mg of Rasa Sindur.

  4. Haridra khand (one spoon) should be taken along with a cup of warm milk.

  5. Other natural remedies, according to Ayurveda include:

    1. Haldi (turmeric powder) mixed with a glass of milk

    2. Juice of Vasa

    3. Tulsi (Basil leaves ground to make a juice)

    4. Equal quantity of black pepper, dried ginger and long pepper (piper longum) mixed with honey

The first thing you should do is to eat foods that are high in fiber, This is because fiber rich foods absorb uric acid from the blood. Your kidneys then 'throw' out the excess uric acid. Try to eat Oatmeal, Spinach, cauliflowers and Isabgol in milk if possible.  Please use olive oil to cook your food. Kindly avoid vegetable oils because they become unhealthy when heated twice. This leads to rancid fat in the body. These destroy vitamin E, that in turn controls uric acid levels. Olive oil also curbs uric acid by itself.  Vitamin C chewable tablets taken 500 mg daily lower uric acid levels within 4 to 8 weeks.  Try to stop intake of sweets, cakes and pastries. Saturated fats are bad for you.  Many fruits have got potent anti-oxidant properties, like celery seeds, grapes and tomatoes, and these prevent harmful toxins from attacking your organs - releasing uric acid.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. I suffered from high depression due to which I lost my diet and become so thin that can not explain. I got repetitive thoughts and som time I do inappropriate actions and behaviour. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Memory loss is part of aging but post 60, it is related to life stressful sitiuations only, we will not able to focus on one thing, because of that thing does not register in our mind and we started thinking we are having memory loss and it causes anxiety, which further impaired our thinking, memory, concentration and ability to learn.

Chances decrease after 18 but stops at 22. Rarely increase is seen upto 25. All the directed sprints, hanging/ stretching exercises, soorya namaskar and other yoga postures, pranayam, high protein and iron rich diet, herbs of growth which should be processed in antioxidants herbal juices like that of amla, will definitely benefit, except when genes do not allow.

Hi lybrate-user, Considering the high sugar content in sodas and food that we eat on a regular basis, it is surprising that more people haven’t gotten gum infections known as gingivitis. Blacked out teeth, a greenish crusty layer of foul smelling bacteria and worse portraits are the long term effects of gum infection. While treatments at the dentist may be expensive, there are ways to maintain your teeth using home remedies. 1. Gargling With Salt Water - Surprisingly this very popular method of preserving the mouth has faded with time. Gargling with salt water was a way like mouthwash to clean your teeth. It still is in fact. The salt in the water will dry out the skin of your gums and strain the bacterial infections in your mouth. Potency of the salt water solution would be dictated by the severity of the case but not to exceed 15-20% as you can actually salt your gums so much that they crack when they dry. When gargling with salt water you also don’t want to swallow it. 2. Clove Oil - Good for pain, clove oil has a naturally pain-relieving effect. It is a very sugary substance but works as an analgesic and keeps pain far away. Clove oil may not be the best direct way to cure gingivitis, but for very bad pain related to gingivitis; clove oil in addition to treatment will help soothe the pain. It numbs nerves and acts like a weak form of general anesthesia. 3. Garlic - Garlic can be useful in dealing with pain as well. Garlic, however, has very astounding properties when it comes to boosting your immune system. Garlic that is boiled in coconut oil will make a rich garlic oil that can be rubbed into the gums to both combat the spread of gingivitis and to soothe the pain. 4. Baking Soda - Baking soda works well as an agent with which to rinse your teeth. Baking soda is usually a kitchen item and may be readily available where hydrogen peroxide powder may not. Using both together is fine too – baking soda, hydrogen peroxide powder and salt was an early form of toothpaste at one point. 5. Hydrogen Peroxide: If you take just a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide powder and put it into a cup of water, then rinse, you’ll be doing yourself and everyone else a big favor if you have gingivitis. Hydrogen peroxide powder kills bacteria related to bad breath. When your jaws smell fouler than what you eat – hop on a twice daily dose of gargling with hydrogen peroxide power solution in mostly water. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
