Hi, I want a suggestion, related from my father healthy is 65 year old and he suffering from last 9-10 year a diabetes. He is taking a daily some units of insulin and regular medicine, we checked sugar daily from accu check, its sugar was normal but its a major problem is Piles, he is always crying when they going wash room, I am not understand what I do, please suggest me.

Yoir father needs proper treatment of piles. Is he sufferring from constipation or any stomach problem? please give me some more details about your father so that I can help you more. Do these things to lessen piles:- - intake plenty of water atleast 8-10 glass. It will make bowel movement easy which reduce pain during washroom. -take high fiber diet. Whole wheat, fresh fruite which are rich in pulp, almonds, peanuts. - avoid spicy food. -start regular walk. Tell your father to do these. **take nux vomica 200 one dose in empty stomach. **acid nitricum 30 tds for 5 days. After taking medicine your father will feel better. He needs treatments only for few months. Give me feed back. Hope he will recover soon.

Yes. The diabetes causes the sexual activities quite considerably. You have to blood sugar level normal that is 70fasting andpp 130 to 140 mgm/dl. Start drinking pomegranate's juices which helps growth, concentration, density of sperms and also helps erectyle dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Also maintain your weights as per your ht and wt.

Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake is more than calories lost....So,,Dear to decrease your fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice..... 10. Take 30 ml duphalac syrup thrice a day with water to relieve constipation.

Exceess weight gain is an open invitation to multiple health ailments. Not only too much weight leads to a number of health problems, it also severly impacts the self esteem of obese people as they are often mocked at by others.

Maintaining a healthy body weight is the best way to control obesity. Many surgical and non surgical options are available to lose weight. Weight loss through Ayurvedic ways is not only effective, but 100% natural. The following things, if kept in mind and practiced diligently, can help you shed a lot of flab from your body.

  1. Exercise: While a daily routine of exercise is a must in any life science, Ayurveda too advocates exercising for at least 45 minutes to one hour. Walking is said to be the most important and effective forms of exercise, followed by several yoga poses that can help in better weight management. Also, as per Ayurveda, it is important to move after each and every meal, so that a routine of eating and activity is built into the system.
  2. Taste: Ayurveda recognizes six distinct tastes that should be incorporated into one's daily diet. These tastes include salty, pungent, sour, sweet, bitter and finally, astringent. Each of these tastes has several properties that balance the various hormones and health factors in one's body. These tastes form the various counterpoints to alleviate all kinds of health problems, which finally help in effective weight management. Also, one must eat all the seasonal fruits and vegetables to keep the body and hormones in good balance.
  3. Hot water: Hot water combined with lemon juice and ginger or herbal teas acts as a natural detox. Sip on hot water throughout the day to cleanse your entire internal system from impurities and blockages. It helps to improve digestion and staves off hunger in between meals. It is one of the easiest ways to lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. It is advisable to drink boiled water as it is considered to be more effective than hot water.
  4. Ayurvedic medicines: Ayurvedic medicines like triphala churan, guggulu, triushanaadi loha, shilajit, swarnmakshik bhasm and medhohar guggul are very effective in losing weight. However, these medicines should be taken under medical supervisions.
  5. Avoid sedentary lifestyle: Try and avoid a sedentary lifestyle as much as possible. If your work requires you to sit for a long period of time, a short break every one hour can prove to be beneficial. Ayurveda goes a long way to keep obesity and the associated health complications at bay.

Mix a cup of vinegar in equal quantity of water and spray it on the scalp. Wrap a wet towel onto your head and leave it on for a minimum of 15 minutes before you wash off your hair.
  6. Reduces Cholesterol: It is believed that apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which helps reduce bad cholesterol. Although most researches are carried out on rats and cannot be completely reliable when it comes to humans, some Japanese studies show that half an ounce of this vinegar each day resulted in lower cholesterol levels in people.

All in all, apple cider vinegar may not prove to be a complete cure to your health problems, but like they say, precaution is better than cure.

You should consult a local doctor in person. Meanwhile I suggest diarex tablet from himalaya, 2 tablet twice daily .with plain water and vomitab from charak 1 tablet twice a day for 2-3 days.

Please When urine occumulates more in bladder, we feel some foamy while urination. It's not a serious problem, nor any disease.

  • Avoid napping during the day. It can disturb the normal pattern of sleep and wakefulness.
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol too close to bedtime. While alcohol is well known to speed the onset of sleep, it disrupts sleep in the second half as the body begins to metabolize the alcohol, causing arousal.
  • Exercise can promote good sleep. Vigorous exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. A relaxing exercise, like yoga, can be done before bed to help initiate a restful night's sleep.
  • Food can be disruptive right before sleep. Stay away from large meals close to bedtime. Also dietary changes can cause sleep problems if someone is struggling with a sleep problem, it's not a good time to start experimenting with spicy dishes. And, remember, chocolate has caffeine.
  • Ensure adequate exposure to natural light. This is particularly important for older people who may not venture outside as frequently as children and adults. Light exposure helps maintain a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
  • Establish a regular relaxing bedtime routine. Try to avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Don't dwell on, or bring your problems to bed.
  • Associate your bed with sleep. It's not a good idea to use your bed to watch TV, listen to the radio, or read.
