Too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. If you have a lot of excess fat around your waistline, even if you’re not very heavy, then you should take some steps to get rid of it. Don’t Eat Sugar avoid sweetened beverages, Eating enough protein is a very effective way to lose weight. Eat foods rich in fiber, cut down carbs from your diet, Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week.

Fat burning foods is one of the ways to lose weight fast. There are certain foods that increase your metabolism which in turn speeds up the weight loss process. Foods like beans, apples, walnuts, ginger, spices, oats, green tea and water are some of the foods to include in your daily diet to lose weight fast. 1. Exercise also plays an important role in weight loss along with diet. Cardio is the most common form of weight loss exercise. Walk for 45 minutes to lose weight: a pedometer is a good application that counts the number of steps you take. 2. Include a high protein and high fiber breakfast daily. 3. Eat your meals at regular intervals, skipping meals or eating irregularly can lead to many other health complications. 4. Keep yourself hydrated. 5. Eat veggies and fruit. 6. Avoid bad carbs. 7. Increase protein and fiber intake. 8. Avoid midnight munching and portion control. 9. Omega 3 is also essential in weight loss.

You can add in your diet foods like: almonds, figs, raisins, dark choclate, peanut butter, nuts, whole/soy milk, cheese, bananas etc. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Try some food supplements still not gaining weight.

Hi lybrate-user. You can add in your diet foods like: almonds, figs, raisins, dark choclate, peanut butter, nuts, whole/soy milk, cheese, bananas etc. Try some food supplements still not gaining weight.

I am a 20 year old male. I feel weakness in myself and I am mot so strong physically, my weight is 59 kg, and I feel pain in my legs specially in joints and lower part of legs. Can you please help me. What I am thinking in my mind is this is happening because of over masturbation which I have done in past few years. Weakness is a lack of physical or muscle strength and the feeling that extra effort is required to move your arms, legs, or other muscles. Take healthy diet consisting of green leafy vegetables, fruits, high protein diet like pulses etc. And regularity is must but it will hurt. Do underestimate your self and I think you having some issue in back of your mind that you are weak because of masturbation, it has nothing do with this and this only natural activity you are doing, so eat healthy and take proper vitamin and iron and protein supplement regularly you will be fine.
