My wife 65 years is having severe pain in the left heal especially when get up and walk after getting up from sleep . Pl advice a remedy
I have knee pain for a long time. And I don't know the reasons of the pain. Can you suggest the reasons and remedies for my problem .thanks.
I am a 24 years old, male. For three year I am observing, whenever I walk or do some outdoor activity for long duration (4-5 hr) exposed to sun usually during summers on returning to home or in enclosed space, suddenly headache starts which is followed by vomiting and whatever I eat, got vomited. After having long sleep, I find myself all okay. Could you please consult me, why this is happening? Yesterday it was the 5th time I observed the same in last three year.
I am suffering from mid bone effect caused during second delivery and medicines continued for pain. It is paining during sitting, standing. I am not able to walk. Then second time when I am gone to the doctor they said that liver is lightly effected by the medicines. So they given both the medicines for paining and for liver. Even then the medicines are not working. So give me the solution for this.
* avoid forward bending and weight lifting
* avoid jerky movements or activity
* do exercise in limits of pain
* one can do alternate hot and cold application to painful site.
* surgery is not the last answer for any pain.
* minimal invasive pain management have good options to avoid surgery.
