I am 33 year old woman, married for 2 and half years and trying to conceive for last 3 months. I got my and my husband's all test done, reports are normal. Kindly help me out.

MS - Obstetrics and Gynaecology

Hi , your test are normal & you are trying for last 3 months so you needn't to worry. Try to use your fertile days properly. The day on which your bleeding starts, is the 1st day of cycle, start counting from here, day 11-20 is your fertile days (days with maximum chance of getting pregnant), make proper use of these days. Start tab. Folic acid 5mg daily.

Those with delayed periods and irregularity statistically have less chance of pregnancy so after reasonable waiting may reach Gynecologist. Better to consult Gynecologist now to rule out some problems which may be behind this. Day of ovulation can be between 15 to 27 days after last period.

Susten is progesterone which is secreted by pregnancy to maintain it. As it is naturally secreted then there is no need to take progesterone. Progesterone tablets have become fashion and a source of income these days for the doctors. There is no need to take any medicines except folic acid.

Hi early morning I am getting stomach ache and at the time of passing urine getting red color vagina discharge for what reason.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Faridabad
Vaginal discharge is most often a normal and regular occurrence. However, there are certain types of discharge that can indicate an infection. Abnormal discharge may be yellow or green, chunky in consistency, or have a foul odor. Abnormal discharge is usually caused by yeast or bacterial infection. If you notice any discharge that looks unusual or is foul smelling, you should see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

I have bilateral axillary lymphadenitis since 3 years and it increase in size with age. Now its more discomfort for me while sleeping. It cause intense pain when axilla pressed against bed and pain increases during menses. Also I felt pain in may tail of breast both side. And also my LMP is not one. It fluctuates from the time of menarche. I think menstrual cycle is of 35 days. Now my question is should I operate to remove the swellings or continue medical treatment. Can it recur? Can it become malignant if I do not operate? Is there any complication if I ignored now?

Fellowship in Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo-Surgeons, Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery, M.S. - Master of Surgery, MBBS
General Surgeon, Delhi
Your symptoms suggest axillary tail of the breast extending in to arm pits. If it is very painful they should be removed. As far as malignancy is concerned they are breast tissue and have the same chance of developing malignancy as the rest of the breast. You should also get fnac done before planning for surgery.
