Sir/madam,
I was suffering from acidity 4 months ago at that time I feel discomfort and loss of hunger.
Then I start using liv 52 syrup and made some life style change like walking for 45 min after evening meal, eat less spicy food, reduce meal size by half of previous and hence reduce weight fro 79 kg to 74 kg, stop drinking tea etc and found normal.
Then before 25 days I stop liv 52 syrup and stop walking after meal and during diwali festive my meal plan was disturbed but and today again I feel discomfort and loss of hunger.
Should I start liv 52 again?
Is it digestion problem? If yes then us there any medicine to back my digestion system on track
pl note I use to work in rotating shift like morning, afternoon and night shift through week.
