Hi, Triple vessel disease means there are 3 blocks in 3 major blood vessels. Therefore, CABG is the adviced treatment.

As per your condition you can take tab. Arogyavardhini vati 2tabs twice a day. Tab. Raktpachak vati 2 tabs twice a day. Tab. Trifala guggula 2 tabs twice a day liq. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

Two cup of green tea is advisable. It does not cause problem. If heart beat increases after taking green tea,you can atop taking green tea. Do an ECG to exclude heart disease

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user most commonly, neck pain is causes by bad posture and lack of exercise. Especially if you're a computer proffessional or use mobile phone a lot. You should meet a physiotherapist and learn about proper posture and some exercises. If pain persists you should see a spine specialist.

It is very nice question. People ask after disease form . But your question regarding prevention better than cure. If everyone follow thos role not found need of doctors. Dear lybrateuser, at your age it is quite unlikely that you have a heart problem. -have eno salt after meal & an antacid tablet. -get yourself investigated & checked up by a doctor to know the exact causeof the pain& take proper treatment for it.

You can reverse this loss of stamina, if you leave alcohol soon. You should visualize how high you used to feel when you you were an athlete. Choose your highs and compare both the highs, choose the high of fitness, strength and vitality. Do it everyday, you are so young you can bring back your body to a good shape.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity or muscle pull 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 6..Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain. 7. Drink plenty of water and take rest .8.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist

I have low blood pressure problem what should I need to do? I feel very cold and weakness in my body.

For low blood pressure, take lots of liquids as fluids increase blood volume and help prevent dehydration, both are important in treating hypo tension. Take little more salt in diet (if no heart problem or kidney problem). Medicines are required to treat low blood pressure that occurs when you stand up. Take coffee as it will temporarily increase the bp. Take adequate rest. Hope this helps you.

Good to know that reports are normal. It can be related to day to day stress. Yoga, meditation and a discipline in life with a positive outlook helps a person to lead a normal life taking stress as healthy stress that keeps us moving because it brings along good results which boost the morale, try this and may be you will forget about breathing problems. By the way stop smoking and exposure to pollution. Get a spirometry test also to know about power of lungs.

I have taken first aid class at our company. I would like know the correct first aid for heart attack patients.
If a person is having chest pain, even if there’s a chance that he might not be suffering from a heart attack, he deserves the benefit of doubt. The first step is to help the patient relax. Loosen their clothes and open the windows. Next pop a tablet of aspirin into their mouth. Don’t give it to them with water. Ask them to chew it instead. If that’s not possible crush the tablet in a little water and give it to them. Another medicine you can use is sorbitrate. Place the tablet under the patient’s tongue. You can give up to three sorbitrates in five minutes. Both aspirin and sorbitrate have anti-coagulant properties and help dissolve blood clots. However DO NOT GIVE sorbitrate to people who have low blood pressure or/and are sweating profusely.’ Apart from that, you shouldn’t let them lie down flat. Ask them to either recline on a sofa or sit upright. Another thing you can do is ask them to cough out. This helps force air into their lungs. Also, a heart attack victim should be taken to the hospital as soon as possible — at least within one hour (also known as the ‘golden hour’). Since, during a heart attack, a person’s heart stops pumping blood it can damage the person’s organs. Like a stroke, a heart attack has a golden period during which recovery is faster. Quick tips for heart attack patients Never neglect a person with chest pain Make the person sit in a slightly reclined position Move the person to a more ventilated area Administer aspirin or sorbitrate If person is sweating profusely or pulse is low do not administer sorbitrate Ask the person to cough Seek immediate medical attention A person suffering from a heart attack should receive medical care within one hour.

I am 64 years male. I have been on hypertensive drug since 1990. Recently ( 3months ago) I was asked to add on a tab concor 2. 5 mg (half in morning half at night)since there was palpitations noticed daily. The palpitations have stopped, the heart rate has dropped to 60 or 66 per minute from 72 or 90 per minute. Since last 6 or 7 weeks I have erectile dysfunction. Please guide.

Concor contains bisoprolol which is a beta - blocker. They are known to cause erectile dysfunction. You can stop concor and start Tab Nevy 5mg once a day .It is also a beta -blocker but doesn't cause erectile dysfunction. Keep monitoring your BP and heart rate and give me feedback.
