Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After follow this diet if your weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.

Hiccups are caused by the irritation of the phrenic nerve supplying the diaphragm muscle. It can be caused by gas or acidity. You can try taking an antacid syrup 1 to 2 tsp three times a day. It will give you relief.

Clean the brow area with lukewarm water. Use a cotton swab to apply a little olive oil on the overplucked eyebrows. Massage the oil into the skin for 5 minutes. Leave it overnight. In the morning, clean it off with lukewarm water.

Hi vitamin d is important for all mostly women, pregnancy, lactation, old age etc more required. For you take normally by foods like dairy products, organic protien based foods, egg, milk, fish, stem based vegetables, fibre rich all cereals, banana, curd etc.

Please do treadmill for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment. Please take Natrum phos 6x - 4 tabs twice daily for acidity.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back, shoulders, chest and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular exercises or machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

You may suffer from depression. By using antidepressant you will also feel comfort from pain. For backache consult a physiotherapist and to rule out pathology perform a mri of lumbosacral spine.

Please follow advise of your doctor, as medicine advised by him is very safe as far as hypoglycemia is concerned. Stick to diabetic diet, exercise,walk, yoga are helpful if done regularly. Maintain ideal body weight.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. Hello, yes you can proceed with any form of exercise as itz been three months. You cud try yoga, zumba, aerobics, or even gym. Just start them causually and build up gradually as per your comfort.

U should follow the following guidelines for weight loss, 1) do not skip any meals 2) take your dinner by 7: 30 3) avoid fried food and refined food 4) take only 1 tsp of sugar in a day, you can take stevia instead. Avoid sugar free 5) avoid vegs and fruits that hve a high glycemic index.

Hi, according to your height your weight is too high. Your ideal body is around 52 - 54 kg. I advice you control your weight. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals. You can consult me privately online on lybrate i" ll give you menu plan for weight loss.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
