Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products,non veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday

Hi, first correct your vitamin-d deficiency then you should try for conception as during pregnancy you can't take high dose of vitamin -d.

your weight is almost ok. It should between 65 - 70 kgs but you r 64 kg. This weight you may gain by consumiong much quantity of Protein diet i.e. Dairy products like milk, paneer, curd n butter. Nutritious diet will give you more weight For fit body over weight is always undesirable. Kesari Jeevan (Baidyanath) 10 grams twice a day with milk will also help u.

First of all i will advise you to stop taking non veg as it will increase your blood cholesterole level. 1.Do brisk walking daily. 2.Have a plate of salad including cucumber,onion,beet root. 3.Take 100gms of curd daily. 4.Eat green vegetables,soya bean,lentils. 5.Take capsule Ashwagandha,1 capsule twice daily with milk.

Once you check the thyroid are normal or what. Dieting plans. Early morning when you wake up at that time for are 2 glasses of water, and in the breakfast you take easy digest the food for like idly or dosa or upma. Afternoon lunch. 1 bowl vegetable. And 2 roti and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. My mom is of 42 age and she is a diabetes and blood pressure patient but both are in control now. She is taking allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines to control both diabetes and blood pressure. Ayurvedic medicines together with allopathic medicines can sometimes cause drug interactions. Hence allopathic doctors usually do not know about the content of ayurvedic medicines, it will be very difficult to find out what kind of interactions are there. It could be very harmful for the body. It is better you stick to one of them.

Shukra Dhatu : The Ayurvedic View of Sexual Health and Fertility

According to ayurveda the body is said to be composed of the 7 dhatus i.e rasa(fliud), rakta(blood), mamsa (muscles), meda(fat), asthi(bones), majja(marrow) and sukra (semen).

*comparison are made just to explain theoretically, else they are far different things.

Sukra dhatu is present in both males and females , hence don't confuse it with sperms or seminal fluid .

Sukra dhatu is the last dhatu to be made after all 7 dhatus in body,

Hence, we can say sukra dhatu is essence of all the dhatus , it is well spreaded all through the body.

The sukra dhatu according to modern concepts can be understood as the sexual power, the ejaculation , the erectile strength , the quality of sperms , the semen or we can say overall reproductive strength of the person

A common lifestyle disorder of sukra dhatu is sukra Kshaya or loss of sukra dhatu , this includes common symptoms such as loss of erection, premature ejaculation, weakening of muscles, wrinkling of skin , whitening of hair , fatigue , loss of concentration power etc .

A proper care of diet and lifestyle is necessary to maintain healthy sukra dhatu.

Now to improve the dhatu:

  1. Take milk on daily basis ..milk and milk products are best for sukra dhatu ...
  2. Milk added with grinded almonds and pista have a good result...
  3. Ashwagandha powder has best results on sukra dhatu in males and for females shatavri powder has a great effect the powder can be taken with hot milk ...
  4. Fruits like dates , mangoes , fig, almonds , custard Apple ,strawberry , Apple , nuts , almonds , cashew etc have a positive result in improving sexual power .
  5. Vegies like spinach , cucumber , sweet potato , pumpkin seeds also boost sexual power..
  6. Fish especially tuna fish , lobster , egg yolk also increase the sukra dhatu...

For a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.
