This includes various nuts and dry fruits, bananas, potatoes, rice, peanut butter. -Drink milk daily. -Consume more proteins and carbohydrates. -Increase your regular meal portions by some amount. -If you eat non-veg food, eat it more often. Is there any harm or side effects of taking BECOZYM C FORTE daily? (its a vitamin B complex forte+biotin+vitamin C tablet). If not what are the side effects and if yes what are the benefits? My doctor has prescribed this me when I had furuncle; along with some medicine (tolpa-d and cefuroxime). I am asking this because after taking this tab for 5 days I found some reduction in my hair fall. Please help me. Thank you.

Vitamin B and C are water soluble vitamins and only needed amounts are retained by the body and excess is excreted in urine giving yellowish discolouration to urine. You may take these vitamins daily but anything more than daily requirement will be a waste.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Please, you seem to be under weight please sleep early and wake up early do regular pranayam and yoga and morning walk avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid chilees for few days only take cap wokride 10 1 tab yastimadhu 20 1 1 syp mucaine 2tsf 2 times re consult after 10 days.

Consuming a thing repeatedly turns into a habit and leads to addiction. Nowadays, most of the people including the youngsters are consuming the alcohol and tobacco which is really harmful to health. Once they start consuming and make it a habit they start depending on it and get addicted to it. This addition later becomes so difficult and impossible to end up. The more they try to end up with the habit, the more feeble they turn out. It is very much important and essential for us to know what are the sequels and effects of tobacco and alcohol.

BAD SEQUELS OF THE ALCOHOL

It destroys the inner coating of the intestines, liver and stomach
Elongated intake of alcohol leads to dysfunction in some cases
It decreases the ability, power of the muscles and circulation which leads to depression of the heart
It mitigates the powers of intellectual and memory
BAD SEQUELS OF TOBACCO OR SMOKING

Intake of excessive tobacco or smoking leads to disease such as
Bronchiogenic Carcinoma
Ischaemic heart ailment which is a cardiovascular problem
Respiratory problems like Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) and Chronic Bronchitis

MEASURES TO OVERCOME ALCOHOL ADDICTION

In order to decrease the crave for alcohol drink a glass of orange juice before having breakfast or eat two to three oranges
Have two to three big cups of milk on a daily basis
Make tea using angelica herb three times in a day daily after having your meals
Take four to five dates, crush the dates and mix them in half a glass of water and drink this water twice daily for some months
Eat two or three apples in a day which will lessen the intoxication feeling which is caused by the alcohol

MEASURES TO OVERCOME THE DRUNKEN EFFECTS

Intake of frequent cold water
A tablespoon of honey three times in a day
Apply the cold cloth on the abdomen and head which reduces the intoxication
For those cases who vomit after consuming alcohol give them black coffee hot as much as he can drink
Mix three spoons of bitter guard juice in the buttermilk and drink it every morning for about a month
As we read this article we get to know that there are so many ways to overcome tobacco and alcohol addiction. So, it is never late even now. Follow the above tips and come out of the addiction though it may be a bit difficult but will give you the best results by making you lead a happy and a healthy life.

I am gaining weight. I am finding very less energy n tired when I tried to do some exercises. Also I am having tonsils from more than 2 years I am having lot of pain in my throat and neck because of that. Also my eye sight also decreased. My legs are also paining when I do some workouts or climb some stairs and I had an accident last year I got one metal plate inside my leg. I am finding it difficult to walk fast.

Kindly take vygrahdi kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day in luke warm water. Take lakshami villas rasa, 2 tabs with balarishta, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water after meals, twice a day. take shillajeet ( pure shilajeet) caps, 1 cap after breakfast with a glass of hot milk. Start with less distance walk and increase the distance slowly as your stamina and muscle stamina will increase. I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Today I want to talk about a very common problem which every one if we count about the population 100% than 70% of people they talk about disk pain. So I want to enlighten this topic today.  if there is a normal pain and ache in your neck or back you go to a doctor and the doctor assesses you and tells you to get an MRI done. Whenever you get an MRI done there is some level of disk involvement and the doctor asks you to take rest, not to do exercise and all those things and then just being fear of disk pain you don’t exercise for the rest of your life. So just to come onto that area, just to enlighten this topic, as a physiotherapist I want to tell you about the fact. Disk pain, YES it happens but it happens in 20% of the cases. The rest 50% of the cases have been misdiagnosing, they take disk pain and they don’t do exercise all of their life.

Now we don’t exercise, we don’t strengthen up our muscle that is the problem that we get these pains and aches and the muscle is being stretched which is counted to be the disk pain. Now when we talk about this, when you get an MRI done even today if I get my MRI done I will have some level of disk involvement whether the disk is causing you pain or not that is more important. The nature of pain tells you about the disk involvement. So if you have tingling sharp shooting burning kind of pain which travels through a nerve, which travels through the area, it dignifies, it signifies the disk pain. But if you have a localized dull, aching kind of pain please don’t take it as a disk pain and don’t take it as a nerve pain. So just coming to the treatment part. About 50% of the people who don’t have disk pain, who says we have cervical spondylitis but they don’t have cervical spondylitis they have trapezius muscle involvement. In that case what we do please strengthen up your trapezius muscle, please strengthen up your shoulder muscle so that you don’t have these pains and aches again and again. Why does this happen? This happens because of repetitive strain injuries that happen because of more of computer use more of mobile use, texting and other sedentary live cells which we are going in. So the ultimate solution for pains and aches muscular is strengthening the particular part.
