My daily routine wakeup 5.30 am then gym for one hours, taking milk and toast at morning, lunch- 3 chapatis and bhaji and in dinner 3 chapatis. Kindly suggest how to loose the weight. NOTE: before 4 years I diagnosis for diabetic, but maintain well balanced HBA1C is 5.1. Regards

It's good that you are exercising regularly, just keep a check on your diet by avoiding sweets and sugar, eat small meals at regular intervals, include 2 fruit in your daily routine like pear, apple,guava, papaya,oranges etc. Also eat salad, sprout salad before your meals, have more of whole grains like wheat, brown rice etc. Avoid refined carbohydrates completely. Also make sure you are having enough protein in the diet by taking milk, curd,chenna, egg whites, lean chicken, fish,whole pulses, sprouts,nuts etc. Inadequate protein also does not give the desired result.

Your BMI is 22.15 that means you have perfect weight for your height. Why do you want to add more weight. That will lead to getting a tummy and after few days you will be asking question on'how to reduce weight' If you are trying to build muscles then do it through exercise. Food will not give you muscles. I will suggest - do regular Exercise. Eat healthy food. Be confident of yourself the way you are. And Be Happy.

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Also searched for Prolotherapy. 3. Wear knee braces. 4. Don't sit on floor. 5. Learn knee exercises. 6. Wear sports shoes. 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 9. Hello, If Pathological you are ok, you probably need to get in the depth of your lifestyle. Have home cooked food with lots of vegetables, paneer, soya, tofu etc. Sugarcane juice, lemonade, fresh juices, milkshakes will also help you.

You are weak you should take proper diet you take you take 5 meals in a day in frequent intervals and don't skip breakfast. Please check your haemoglobin level. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet like sattu with milk, sprouts, pulses, eggs, milk and milk products. Stop eating junk and processed food. Do some basic workout every day. Only taking multivitamins and vitamin C will not help in gaining weight. You need to have proper balanced meals throug the day which includes carbohydrates, protein,healthy fats, vitamins and minerals to achieve the goal that you want. According to your height and age your ideal body weight should be 65 kg. Try doing some strength training exercises for 30-45 min3-4 times a week ,along with a healthy diet to reach your goal in 6 months. There is no short cut for long term results. So all the best!

I walk like old aged people .i am doing cycling to restore my quadriceps strength.
