I am 21years old. I have to ask a question. What is the symptoms of aids and how did we recover from that?

Hello lybrate-user. You cannot rely on symptoms to tell whether you have hiv. The only way to know for sure if you have hiv is to get tested. Knowing your status is important because it helps you make healthy decisions to prevent getting or transmitting hiv. Fever chills rash night sweats muscle aches sore throat fatigue swollen lymph nodes mouth ulcers these symptoms can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks. During this time, hiv infection may not show up on an hiv test, but people who have it are highly infectious and can spread the infection to others. You should not assume you have hiv just because you have any of these symptoms. Each of these symptoms can be caused by other illnesses. And some people who have hiv do not show any symptoms at all for 10 years or more. For treatment, you have to consult a doctor.

PCOS - Factors That Contribute to it

PCOS - Factors That Contribute to it

PCOS or poly cystic ovarian syndrome is a hormonal disorder that is very common among women, in their reproductive age. It is the condition in which cysts are formed in the ovary of the affected woman and/or the levels of the male hormone called androgen increases in her body. As a result of these, she faces a variety of symptoms like late or no periods, heavy menstrual bleeding, the growth of facial hair, unintended weight gain, acne and pain in the pelvic region.

You can also take the package for Living Healthy - Woman.

The causes of PCOS have not been accurately identified so far, but researchers suggest that the following factors might contribute to the onset of the condition.

  1. Lower inflammation levels: The white blood cells present in your body form resistance against infections through a response termed as inflammation. Women with lower inflammation levels are likelier to get PCOS as the decreased levels stimulate poly cystic ovaries, thereby, producing more androgens.
  2. Increased amount of insulin secretion: Women suffering from insulin resistance may get PCOS as their body is not able to effectively use this insulin, which results in increased insulin secretion by the pancreas. This, in turn, triggers more androgen (male sex hormone) production in the ovaries, making it difficult for the ovaries to ovulate.
  3. Genetic factor: If you have a family history of PCOS, it's highly probable that you may also get it as the disease is linked with your genes.

If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a specilized gynaecologist and ask a free question.

It is true that levels of oxygen are lower at higher altitudes ,even within aeroplanes but with new technology the oxygen levels within plane are okay. low levels of oxygen do trigger a heart attack. let him carry a small portable oxygen cylinder with him and breathe oxygen within plane without asking the crew for it ,though they do have it as all of us are aware about emergency situations , oxygen masks are dropped but why bother. there should be no difficulty in taking permission but do make everything very clear so that he does not face problems at airport during clearance.

Hello lybrate-user, this could be possible unwanted effect of the antidepressants and antipsychotics. Please contact your psychiatrist. Homeopathy is very effective in such cases. Please take lachesis 30 3 pills each at the intervals of 10 mins, three ties before sleep only one night. You will feel a great change in the problem you are having. If not, please contact, I am sure you will do great with the homeopathic medicines. I had a case like yours and he is doing very well. Not only he started ejaculating semen, but his sperm count also came to normal. Moreover, homeopathy is a great friend of depression patients.
