How can I get rid of pimples I have tried so many methods but no use how could you please help me?

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Homoeopathy has good treatment for your skin problem without adverse effects. The medicine tackles the root of the problem, acts internally and gradually expels the toxins from the body. It heals from inside out unlike superficial treatment of an ointment.

Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple and blemish-free. Eat your five-a-day Fruit and vegetables contain powerful antioxidants that help to protect skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Eat a rainbow of colourful fruit and vegetables and aim for at least five portions a day. Betacarotene, found in pumpkin, carrots and sweet potatoes, and lutein, found in kale, papaya and spinach are potent antioxidants, important for normal skin cell development and healthy skin tone. Vitamin C Vitamin C is also a super antioxidant. It is needed for a strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin. Cut out crash diets Repeatedly losing and regaining weight can take its toll on your skin, causing sagging, wrinkles and stretch marks. Crash diets are often short in essential vitamins too. Over long periods of time this type of dieting will reflect on your skin. Stock up on selenium Selenium is a powerful antioxidant. It works alongside other antioxidants such as vitamins E and C and is essential for the immune system. Studies suggest that a selenium-rich diet can help to protect against skin cancer, sun damage and age spots. One way to boost your intake is to eat Brazil nuts. Just four nuts will provide the recommended daily amount (RDA). Mix Brazil nuts with other seeds rich in vitamin E as a snack or salad sprinkle. Other good sources are fish, shellfish, eggs, wheatgerm, tomatoes and broccoli. Vitamin E Vitamin E protects skin from oxidative (cell) damage and supports healthy skin growth. Foods high in vitamin E include almonds, avocado, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sunflower and corn oils. Drink up Skin needs moisture to stay flexible. Even mild dehydration will cause your skin to look dry, tired and slightly grey. Drink six to eight glasses of water a day - all fluids count towards your daily allowance, but water is the best. If you work in an office, keep a large bottle of water on your desk to remind you to drink. Herbal, caffeine-free teas are good too. Try to avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption, both can age the skin. Don't be afraid of fat Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats - the types found in avocados, fish, nuts and seeds - provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturiser for your skin, keeping it supple. These fats also come packaged with a healthy dose of vitamin E (a vitamin many of us lack), which will help protect against free radical damage. Eat more phyto-estrogens Phyto-estrogens are natural chemicals found in plant foods (phyto meaning plant). They have a similar structure to the female sex hormone oestrogen and have been found to help keep our natural hormones in balance. There are different types, some are found in soya bean products (isoflavones), whereas others are found in the fibre of wholegrains, fruit, vegetables and flax seeds (lignans). Include phyto-estrogen rich soya, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet. Opt for omega-3 Make sure you get enough omega-3 and omega-6 fats. These are essential fatty acids which mean they cannot be made in the body and must be obtained through the diet. You will find omega-3s in oily fish and plant sources such as flaxseed oil, linseeds, walnut and rapeseed oil. Omega-3 fats encourage the body to produce anti-inflammatory compounds, which can help skin, particularly inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psorasis. Go for low-GI carbs Eat plenty of beans, pulses, porridge and other slow-releasing carbohydrates. These release sugar into the blood stream gradually, providing you with a steady supply of energy and leaving you feeling satisfied for longer and therefore less likely to snack. Avoid high GI carbohydrates like biscuits and sugary drinks, as they lead to production of insulin, which may damage collagen and accelerate wrinkles. Don't forget zinc Zinc is involved in the normal functioning of the sebaceous glands in the skin (which produce oil) and helps to repair skin damage and keep skin soft and supple. Zinc-rich foods include fish, lean red meat, wholegrains, poultry, nuts, seeds and shellfish.

What Are The Possible Complications Of Psoriasis?

Doctor of Homeopathic Medicine (H.M.D.)
Homeopath, Belgaum
What Are The Possible Complications Of Psoriasis?

Folate deficiency - patients with severe psoriasis have a risk of developing folate deficiency. Folate is a B vitamin that is vital for proper nerve function; it also prevents birth defects. Folate also prevents high levels of homocysteine, which increase the risk of heart disease.
Heart problems, obesity and diabetes - a higher percentage of individuals with psoriasis develop heart problems, diabetes and/or obesity. Experts do not know whether there is a genetic link between these conditions and psoriasis. People with moderate-severe psoriasis, ideally should be tested for these conditions. Experts from UC Davis explained in Archives of Dermatology that fat cells in patients with psoriasis secrete cytokines that raise insulin resistance in the liver and muscle, which initiates the destruction of the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas.
Bad body temperature regulation - patients with erythrodermic psoriasis may have abnormalities in the body’s ability to control temperature.
Zumbusch psoriasis - this is a combination of erythrodermic and pustular psoriasis. The condition may develop suddenly. The patient may experience fever, chills, muscle weakness and weight loss. Sometimes there may be an over-accumulation of fluids, protein loss, and electrolyte imbalances; in such cases the patient may need to be hospitalized until fluid, chemical balances and body temperature are normalized. Zumbusch psoriasis is especially dangerous if the patient is elderly.
Psoriatic arthritis - in the majority of cases, psoriatic arthritis symptoms are mild. However, the following complications are possible:
Arthritis mutilans - an extremely severe form of chronic rheumatoid arthritis, in which the bones are reabsorbed, resulting in the collapse of soft tissue. When the hands are affected it can cause a phenomenon called telescoping fingers; the feet may also be affected. Patients with other arthritic conditions, such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in the joints of the fingers have a higher risk.
Risk of developing psoriatic arthritis - it is estimated that between 10% and 20% of all patients with psoriasis develop psoriatic arthritis; in about 20% of these people the arthritis symptoms occur before the psoriasis ones.
Cancers - patients with severe psoriasis who received systemic medications (those that affect the whole body) have a higher risk of developing skin cancers and lymphomas.
Psychological and emotional consequences - living with psoriasis often has emotional and social consequences.
Patients may feel embarrassed by having visible plaques and that can lead to depression. In some cases the individual may withdraw from society.
Symptoms may become so severe that patients have to leave their jobs, further increasing the risk of psychological and emotional problems.
Several surveys have shown that a significant number of patients with psoriasis report a negative mental and physical impact that is similar to several chronic conditions, including cancer, hypertension, heart disease, depression and diabetes.
According to a national survey (USA) Psoriasis Uncovered of people with the most severe form of psoriasis:
20% say that their psoriasis contributed towards the loss of a job or resignation.
25% believe that their psoriasis has caused an intimate relationship to end.
43% said psoriasis had prevented them from making new friends.
83% expressed dissatisfaction with their current treatment.
The majority of GPs (general practitioners, primary care physicians), specialists and other health care professionals know and understand that psoriasis has an emotional and psychological impact. It is important that the patient discusses any concerns and anxiety they may have.
