It may be due to muscle weakness of back. Or there may be a serious problem of spondylitis of spine causing nerve compression resulting in pain. If you have any x-ray or other reports send it to me. For early recovery you should go for physiotherapy treatment.consult me privately for further help.

I have some problem with my leg in my left leg near the knee I have some pain and I don' t know why it' s happen like this. And knee cap also came some out means inside of skin while walking I have some pain. I am just 20 years man tell me what I have to do?

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for knee joint. Wear knee cap open patella also. Don' t sit on floors. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Do give hot and cold water fomentation for Thrice a day for 5 days regularly Do Take IFT and laser Therapy for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from physiotherapist Best wishes.

Hi you can start physiotherapy treatment to strengthen the muscles around the joint. Meanwhile apply cold pack for 20 minutes thrice a day for 5 days. Do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan wishing you a good health.

Hello sir I m 36 male for many days I have pain in my ankle I used many oil and gel even spray but they give only temporary relief when I stop using them it start aching aain. It made difficult for me to even walk I am very upset. What should I do now?

Ankle advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Hello param . you have weak digestion so first avoid oily.fried and fast food from diet .also avoid sweets hotel food etc. take light food as khichri.mung dal.boiled rice.fulka .curd etc. in medicines take lavanbhasker churna 2-2gm before food with warm water and Bilwadi churne 3-3gm after food for two weeks.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I haven't been able to run fast because of my muscle ache, since two week. I applied a pain balm, but didn't work. What to do? Please help me.

Muscle pain with running can be managed by simple measures at home. 1. Avoid running for few days till pain is relieved. 2. Apply cold pack on painful muscles four times a day for 10 mins each. 3. Take healthy diet with calcium supplements. Consume at least 2.5 litres of fluids in a day in form of water, juices, lemonade etc. 4. Avoid alcohol or smoking. 5. If you are on any medication like statins or diuretics consult with your physician as these drugs can cause muscle pain. 6. You can take simple analgesics like paracetamol if pain is severe and apply analgesic cream. 7. Do muscle stretching exercises daily and before running. 8. Once pain is decreased you can start running by gradually increasing the distance and speed. Wear good quality running shoes and avoid running on hard ground or treadmill. If problem persists consult again.
