Hi, If it hurts, seeps, oozes pus and/or bleeds, it's not a keloid; it's probably either an infection or a sebaceous cyst (which can become infected).
More information: Infection growths near a piercing occur much more often than keloids and they can happen to a new piercing or even one that is well-established.

Usually there should be no difficulty in conceiving. But whether cyst only is removed or the ovary of one side is removed that should be considered. Even though you can get pregnant.

Use a wet, warm compress over an epidermoid cyst to encourage it to drain and heal. The washcloth should be hot but not so hot that it burns the skin. Place it over the cyst two to three times a day.
Ideally you should let the cyst drain on its own. Please wait for some time till it comes out on its own.

There is another ovary which is still there and single ovary is competent enough to manage all the needs of women. As the ovary was twisted that part of your body was dead and that is why it was removed.

Sebaceous treat can be removed surgically if its painful or secondarily infected. Otherwise no treatment is required and it can be left as it is indefinitely. Good luck.
