Share weight and height information. Also what exercise you do. Thyroid function test ,lipid profile ,PPBS, CBC,Vitamin D reports.
For morning omelette using egg whites .You can use 2/3 egg white.
Dinner: muesli is not a good option.
A bowl of sabzi and 1 whole wheat+Chia chapati would be better.

You are wrongly obsessed with your body. Your diet is going against what your goal is. You will need to take proper consultation. By not eating and not eating when your body needs will help body store more fats. Till you take consultation try to eat smaller more frequent meals. Include at least a protein like milk paneer curd pulses dals sprouts soy or nuts in each meal.

Yes........ you can eat white rice without starch thrice a week have in lunch which is good.
You can have chapatti with veggies, vegetable Dalia, vegetable oats or milk with cornflakes, wheat flakes, muesli etc.

Hi lybrate-user, you can use Muesli, but make sure firstly its not loaded with only rice or corn flakes but also combined with several other options which are complex in nature such as whole wheat or ragi or oats flakes. Muesli must be low on sugar and you can avoid maple syrup or fructose syrup based sweetened muesli, choose more of an organic muesli instead.
