kidney stones the condition of having stones in renal is termed as nephrolithiasis 

Causes:-

1) Dehydration through reduced fluid intake Strenuous exercise without adequate fluid replacement.
2) Obstruction to flow of urine.
3) Infection in the urinary tract.
4) Gout results in an increasing amount of uric acid and can lead to the formation of uric acid stones.
5) Hypercalciuria may form calcium phosphate or calcium oxalate stones 

Symptoms
Dysuria colicky pain frequency in maturation hematuria oliguria abdominal distension nausea /vomiting, hydronephrosis loss of appetite.
