Sir I am 51 years old and am healthy and hearty. I had an angio about 2 years ago and am recovering from that. I some times have absent mindedness. Some of my friends suggested to take brahmi capsules on a regular basis as effective remedy. I have not tried any medicines except brahmi capsules. What would you recommend as effective therapy for the same.

Control your bp, sugar,cholesterol if you have all these. Exercise regularly.
Take plenty of water. Try meditation. No concrete medications for it.

42 years male from india have a keloid on chest for last 25+ years. Last november I got some pus in keloid and its healed on its own. Again in december got infection in mid of the keloid that with pus and sore. I visited dermatologist and he prescribed me ceroxim 500 tab bd for 10 days and mb rock (mupicropin) ointment for 15 days. The infection, pain was cleared. Again 6 days ago the keloid certainly became red, itchy and got an infection with pus and sore. This time I noticed a hair coming out of the sore. Every morning pus coming out from the sore or nearby area within the keloid. Please help me to get rid of this.

If there are sinuses in the keloid, it results in repeated infections and pus formation. Better would be to control it with steroid injection and if needed excise it even though there is a risk of recurrence. Consult a plastic surgeon.

Actually my nail got some injury suddenly I visited nearest hospital and they told me they gonna remove my whole finger nail so after that I have dressed up 3 times a weak now it is better will my nail grow back and i am using betadine cream for healing is this okay?

Yea your nail will grow back, no worries, instead of Betadine cream use Fucidin cream for 7 days approx morning and night.

I was experiencing some palpitations during fast walk and during usage of stairs. My heartbeat is also irregular due to anxiety. I got my echocardiography done and doctor said it's all right but heart rate was 109 during the test. Later pft was also performed which was also good. Later on tmt was to be performed but the doctor said my heart rate is 134 so he didn't do the tmt test. Though I coughed high and got up fast and at that time his computer recorded the ecg. I got my ecg done very next day and it was alright then. My lipid levels are total cholesterol is below 200, ldl is 133, hdl is 48, triglycerides are normal. Doctor gave me novastat gold in afternoon and nebifid 5 at night. After using these medicine just for 2 days my palpitations are gone and I feel good sometimes I also feel pain in different areas of chest (both sides, mostly left), as if someone has pinched a pin on that area for just a second. The doctor has advised coronary angiography but has said that heart is ok. My sleep and meals are irregular. Question is what could be the reason behind ok echocardiogram and advice of doctor to do coronary angiography? Medicines are for 15. Days only.

Hi Sir, Just recently, during my martial arts practise I tore a piece of my nail. From my the corner of my tear, I can view a slight reddish area which I think reveals a slight section of my nail bed. For a bit of context, the tear is just 1/4 of my entire nail and no bleed has happened. If I press on this would it hurts a little but overall on the skin, not a big issue. The moment got the injury, I quickly applied some antiseptic ointment and bandaged the wound. I kept it bandaged the rest of the day. Is there any additional treatment I can do/have to get my nail to grow back quickly? Can I keep my nail exposed without the bandage, hence will contact with tap water on the bare wound be bad? Any other specific suggestions? Can I at least workout with my nail injury?

Before replacements, you should try physiotherapy for 4-6 months. because you will have always some issue for knee after replacement also

if color is the issue
if it's ceramic veneering you should have told before cementation, if it's composite then give some time to hydrate.

if you don't like the shape
then some adjustments can be done in ceramic one and full adjustments can be done in composite.
