1. Take good nourishing diet like milk, cheese, paneer, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, pulses, soybean
2. Fresh green leafy vegetables, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, pumpkin, beans, spinach.
3. Fruits rich in vitamin c (helps in absorption of iron) like citrus fruits lorange/grape/strawberry guava/mango/pineapple/- water melon
4. Fruits like apple, dry fruits like dates, khajoor, kismiss 5. Drink plenty of water,

To increase the blood ( Hb) in body -
* Take all iron rich vegetables in good quantity everyday like spinach, methi, cabbage, beet root, carrot.
* Take one citrus fruit like orange everyday or take lemon water once a day.
* Avoid tea & coffee as they destroy the iron content of food .
* Take 1/2 teaspoon of AMLA Powder with water once a day.
* Take one tablet of Punarnava Mandoor of BAIDYANATH company with water 2 hours after meals once a day for 8 weeks.

Ask her to take plenty of leafy vegetables. With every meal some gree leafy vegetable item need to be there. Jaggary is another good source of iron. Let her take some dry fruits on daily basis. If you are nonvegetarian. Meat is another good source of iron. These are the things which she can easily follow, check haemoglobin again after a month, if no improvement give her tablets containing iron,
